Horrible experience.. I ordered my food at 6:32pm on 2/10/17.. it got deliver at 7:23.. not only was the food barely Luke warm they forgot my breadsticks.. I called to complain and they said they would resend out my order right away.. it finally got delivered at 8:22pm an hour later.. I felt the food and it was still the same and they gave me the wrong order of breadsticks. I refused to accept and gave it back.. I paid cash.. I called them back and explained.. 9 and a half minutes later I spoke to the manager, I wanted a full refund. He stayed that when they deliver back here they will refund my money. I stated they need to refund it now.. very argumentIve he became. I am reporting this to the better business office for lack of payment... never again will I order from them!!!!!! If they do not come back tonight I will go there tomorrow for my full refund!!!!

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They send out advertising with discounted pricing, then when you show up to pick up your order the price increases and they claim its old advertising when it clearly states its valid until February 2016. After talking to the So-called manager about it he didnt want to refund the difference because he would face more credit card processing fees than it would be worth it. Do you really think the customer that was over charged on their order cares about YOUR credit card processing fees for YOUR business? Unbelievable. Then the manager goes even further as to say the discrepancy isnt even much money, like he pays my bills to understand if its not much money to me. I dont think Ill ever be back. The food was also greasy and overcooked. Definitely a place to avoid.

Horrible customer service. I ordered food, they left something off of the delivery. I called to get the item they left off and what do they say to me? To forget about it and make things better for them to not have to come back out to bring me my missing item. Really? How about next time you make sure what I ordered was correct. So Im supposed to just forget about the cost of the item they left off? Again, horrible customer service. I stopped ordering from them a long time ago and thought Id give them another chance and just like the last time ive ordered from them, this was the same thing. They never get orders correct. Pathetic suggestion from a business owner. Never, ever again and I look forward to blogging about them even more on my blog site.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! Ive ordered from here before and last time food was cold and I let it slide trying to be nice After I ordered online I specifically gave instructions on how to get into the building and no one showed up, then once I called almost 2 hrs. later the person on the phone said " My manager said were not delivering there" remind you this is after they took my money and instead of making it better, they just said "oh well" needless to say order here at your own risk, theyll take your money and say oh we couldnt find your apartment ( but the address is in the order and I called to verify if the order went through online) So nice try, this will be taken further. What a nice welcome to this area..smh Good Luck!

On 02/01/2017 ordered Pizza and Subs for my family. I have ordered form Pizza Palace in the past and the food is normally good. However, when I ordered food this time, my daughter was exposed to something dangerous. As she go to the middle of her sub, she bit onto something hard. There was actually the white clip that you find on the end of a loaf of bread inside of her sub. I called the restaurant, as this is a safety issue that can cause illness as a foreign object inside of your food can cause serious health issues if there is exposure to bacteria.

Dude DO NOT order from this disgusting place. The food isnt sanitary. Ive found multiple hairs in my food that I threw it away. Then on top of that someone I was with ordered a delivery of a sandwich. They gave them a salad. We call to get the good corrected. OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER WE HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO FIGURE OUT WHERE OUR FOOD WAS!!!! Disgusting. Poor customer service. Lazy. Absolutely noooo respect for customers. Ive eaten twice now. Never ever again. Dont waste your time with this gross food.

This fine establishment sent a hoodrat to my neighborhood to put flyers in doors. Said hoodrat stole a package with an expensive camera. He pretty much confessed to me on the phone. But told management he didnt do it. So they do not care. Boycott this facade for a business. Horrible people that employ hoodrats and thieves. And put files flyers in gated communities with no soliciting signs.

They have good food but there delivery is very bad. They are always late. On 12/30/2016 at 12:41am, I order food for delivery and they didnt show up. I called back to check but nobody picks up the phone. I know they close at 1:00 am but they took my order. I was so mad because I was hungry and I wast time wating the food. So if you are hungry dont order for delivery from this place.

I order from them last night and waited up all night for them to deliver it, no one ever arrived. Then when I called them today to tell them this happened they claimed that they had called and texted me. I never received any texts or calls, I had never had any bad experiences with Pizza Palace but after this Im done ordering from here. Thanks for basically robbing me.

Online ordering is really delayed, took over an hour for something simple. Pizza is good and "wings" are nice but not the boneless. Stick to the main dishes like pizza, pasta, subs. When I called to ask about where my food was, an hour later, I was rushed off the phone and then another 20 minutes, as if they forgot to check online. But price is good.

It was as smooth as can be to order online. The layout of the website is easy to read and follow. I enjoyed the Italian cheesesteak very much. You cant beat their pasta dishes. Not only are they delicious, but cheaper than if you ordered in a restaurant. You can get 2 pasta dishes for less than a dish in a restaurant. Delivery was quick.

I spent over $30 on my order last night and the only thing was the fries and soda the chicken was fried too hard for my daughter, the salad for my mom looked like something they got out of a bag and bad Customer service...my advice is stick to Dominos or Papa Johns or pizza hut it may be more costly but its worth it

Pizza palace has very good food and its very affordable. Being a college student, I dont have much money and pizza palace always has cheap deals going on. They are also very dependable, for the super bowl last year my parents ordered several wings and pizzas and they were able to make them very quickly

Ordered dinner tonight- took over 70 minutes to get here, 1/2 the order was missing, took another 35 minutes to get the part they forgot the first time. Requested and was specific about a pepper allergy - that my salad have NO Peppers on it and it 2 different kinds of peppers on it.
