I had the Italian sub for lunch. The sub was very good. I also had tea to drink. I had one refill while eating. I asked for a to go cup (which I always ask for everywhere). I was given an empty cup. I dont mind filling up with what tea I had left. However, I expect a full to go cup. I was told I would have to pay for another drink. A drink in most restaurants is $2+. Tea cost about 10 cents per glass. So the three glasses would have only cost you around 30 cents. Lets call it 50 cents or even a dollar. You still made money on the first charge. Now I will never visit your restaurant again due to you nickel and diming your customers. I will also tell everyone I meet to not go there. If the drink would have been part of a lunch deal I would almost understand charging for extra. However, 4+ dollars for 3 glasses of tea is what will ultimately run you out of business. A lot of a little is still a lot!

Well I can say if youre looking for pizza, boli or subs this can be a place to go. If your interested in lasagna or maybe another pasta dish, beware. I ordered this dish for the first time in at least a couple years from the last. It was sour, and had a horrible taste. Never again! Ill just stick to an Italian or bacon cheeseburger sub from now on.

Great Italian food! Chicken wings are the best, especially with blue cheese. Dont know where they get their blue cheese, but it tastes wonderful. Their pizza is quite good. They always have a salad bar with quite a selection. It also always includes two different soup selections. Service is good. The staff is friendly. Prices are very reasonable.

The food is very good. You get a great deal for the price. It is a great deal of food for the price. They need to improve the service. Just the small things. Would not give my daughter a knife for her chicken parm then when I asked they still would not hand her the knife. She is 12 and had better knife skills than her mother.

Genovas is truly the best "Mom and Pop shops in the surrounding areas. The bread for the subs is delicious, the pizza is excellent, and the customer service goes above and beyond. My taste is nulled by other pizza shops that just dont compare and at a Great price!

Pizza is good, cheese steak subs are very bland. Maybe was just an off night? Delivery driver was ignorant and rude. Basically tossed the food at us and was too busy talking to people who hadnt even ordered food.

Pizza is good, especially the Sicilian. Probably the best meatball sub ever....they make their own sub rolls....very well I may add. Garlic bread is must....even if you just take it home. Very good prices.

Very good service even when it was very busy. Great food selection, but my recent order (Cream of Crab soup), was a miss. It had huge chunks of potatoes and carrots and very little-if any real crab meat.

Travelling through town, we tried this place based on its good reviews and it didnt disappoint! Our pizza was delicious and our server was terrific. Well definitely be back.

Love this place!! The homade bread is the best part. I am from the East and out near me they just have the hard rolls. The bread at Genovas way better.

Always have lunch here. Lunch is good and the sandwiches are large and full. Service staff is always great. Kitchen times are hit or miss.
