So much for hot AND ready. I tried to call ahead and place my order but the phone was obviously off the hook because it was busy for over a half hour. I asked about it at the register and another customer said "Its always busy every time we call too." The guy behind the counter said "We called the guy today about it." Yeah, sure ya did. Anyway, I proceeded to order what was supposed to be a hot & ready pizza, but they didnt have a single pizza in the "ready" box. Every customer in the place had at least a 10-15 minute wait. One guy even ordered before I got there, paid, left, came back and STILL had to wait for two of his pizzas, which were given to another customer that walked out the door rift before he walked back in. Ill hit the Lemoyne location next time...

Sunday April 30 I went to this location and got 3 pepperoni hot and ready pizzas. Getting home and eating them realized they were not cooked through. I called and asked for a manger. The younger female identified as that. I told her the issue. She asked for my name and said they would replace them the next time I came in. Which was today May 4. The "Area manager " said thats not how they do it and wouldnt replace what I paid for (paid on Sunday with a debit card) So this got one star(not possible to give zero) because their managers are being deceitful and apparently they cant keep up with the orders because they are rushing the pizza through leading it to not be cooked properly. Go the extra distance and go to another location. Save yourself problems.

First off, Im going to say that this pizza was phenomenal for the price. If youre taking this pizza home and its uncooked, then cook it further, Nina. Grow a pair and be an adult. This pizza was fantastic. Seriously keep up the good work guys :)

I came in and was rushed to order I was treated prejudicely because of my skin color the crew at this location including manager proports this kind of racial intimidation. Please be wary.

Service is horrible. Cashier slipped other customers to,give friend free food. And I had to,wait 30 minutes on my specialty pizzas and handed 2 old, dry, cold pizza from the "hot box!"
