Wen I walked in. I was greeted with a smile and how r u?. Have u been here b4 would u like to c our menu? Or would u like for me to recommend something. After I place my order they ask my name and let me know how long it would b b4 I received my order. My food came up they opened the boxes ask were I satisfied with the quality of the food. I said yes they wrapped it up ask did u need napkins or plates. And remember my name and said thanks for stopping in come c us soon Ms Kia. Have a gd night and enjoy ya weekend. That experience made me feel welcome and appreciated. I will definitely rare the establishment a 5. And they were very family friendly.

Food was bland, no flavor. Ill try them again to see if it was just the cook that day didnt flavor the food. The staff was nice, place was clean and not a long wait for lunch. Edit: upgrade stars from 2 to 3. The pizza is much better than the other pasta dishes. The service is great, its smaller than the other Ledos but stay true to "not cut corners" by staying true to the script while keeping the quality of the pizza. Definitely will be returning for their wonder pizza.

Lasagna is my husbands favorite. I usually make it at home but when its just the two of us we go to Olive Garden who surprisingly has great lasagna. We thought wed try Ledos since its in our neighborhood so regretfully I went ahead and ordered 2 lasagnas. It was so bland that I couldnt eat more than 2 forkfuls I waited on my hubbys reaction and he shared the same disappointment. If I give anything else a chance at this spot it will be a CRIMELESS day in Baltimore.

This location could use some help. The service over the phone was nearly enough to cancel my order. The person was not overtly rude but seemed to rush me and quite dry, cold, nonchalant. However, the person at the counter in the store was polite, although still a bit dry, unenthused. The pizza was pretty good, although it could use more sauce presence. The crust is good, but there should be more of it. Could definitely be a 5-star place with a little work.

I work in the area and my team and I frequent this Ledos at least once every couple of weeks. Its a fairly busy establishment during lunch hour and weve always had decent food. The service has been a bit slow at times but that could just be us watching the clock for our lunch hour. Ive been frequenting Ledos establishments for over a decade and have always enjoyed their pizza. The other items on the menu arent super great but they get the job done.

Although there were only two tables seated in the restaurant our service was incredibly slow. Our appetizer and dinners came out together and the entrees were cold. I spoke with the manager and all he said was, "Do you want to order something else instead?". Weve ordered carry out pizza in the past, but its often burnt. Needless to say we wont be back.

Have ordered from here numerous times for my sister and myself. Food has always been fresh, hot and tasty. Order accuracy is excellent. Havent seen or experienced negative remarks made by others. As a former investigator for Dept. Of Health, believe me, when I go into a place, I look it over top to bottom.

The foods good whatever you get the pizza good a little salty they have square pizza I like that they do have eat in seems nice an clean and airy.and spacey Im glad theres closer cus theres one in Ellicott city I dont know if they deliver they should would be nice but I doubt it but it doesnt hurt to try.

Fresh ingredients used. Love the fresh spinach and basil. Staff are friendly and always present the pizza to you before you purchase. If the pizza is burnt you have the option of not paying for it. The pizza is always good and they make it just the way I like it.

Very slow service. I actually thought I was being ignored. Non English speaking waitress got several parts of the order wrong. Staff and owner act lime they didnt care.
