This was our first time ordering from Bellagios and will also be the LAST. We ordered the medium cheese pizza and 14 wings special on a Friday night. The wings were Mild flavor and we asked for 2 cups of Ranch to go along with it. The order came really quickly for one of their busiest nights for delivery. (Less than 40 minutes!) The pizza was alright and the wing flavor was decent as well. They mistakenly delivered 2 cups of Blue Cheese instead of the Ranch we had asked for. We called the restaurant to ask if they could send the Ranch that we had asked for. Their employee began to argue with us saying we had never asked for Ranch and called us liars when we said otherwise. After arguing for another 3-4 minutes, they said they would send Ranch out to us. The driver arrived again about 20 minutes later with a brown paper bag, we gave him back the unused cups we had received, he apologized for the mistake and left. After closing the door, we opened the paper bag he brought with him to find BLUE CHEESE cups. While the driver was a nice guy, whoever they have running the store itself needs to work on their customer service. Calling paying customer liars to their faces instead of admitting your mistake? What are you thinking? I will not be ordering from here again, and all of my friends in the area will be advised to avoid eating here. I recommend you order from Brooksides Pizza instead, GREAT pizza, never had a mistaken order taken from there before, and theyre always happy to serve you!

Im sitting here at Bellagio after finding a coupon in the entertainment book for some eatezzia place. It was difficult to find (since I had the wrong name:( I called and they said it was the same place just a new name. I came in with my coupon which they DIDNT HONOR - even after I mentioned that it would bring their rating down in my book (Im not from the area and like to try new places from the entertainment book when Im working in different Baltimore neighborhoods) Im waiting for my food and using the advertised FREE WiFi (which is actually owned by Essense Day Spa & Barber.....hmmmmmmm. I guess theyre trying to get rid of me....they just brought me my food to go????? TV at the table plays one channel only????? I hope this food is good...Sub was good - cheesesteak with shrimp (I think they were those baby shrimp you get from a can and it cost an extra dollar for that for some reason.) next up WIngs....Roasted Garlic - no sauce - just butter and GARLIC but really good. SO if you dont mind the other stuff...you might like this place... I must say the food was good but I wont be back again!

This place has declined in service. Placed an order with them on a third party app, because apparently theyre too cheap to higher someone to make them an app for their own store. Called to make sure they got my online order since I didnt get a confirmation email. Girl picked up and could barely understand her when she spoke. She said they didnt receive my order through the app, so I had to place another order. After I placed the exact same order with her over the phone and she had already charged my card, she says the online order comes through! Are you serious. So, I was basically dealing with someone who sounded like she didnt know what she was doing. Now my card was charged twice and had to call the third party app to cancel my online order. Then the owner gets on the phone and tries to argue with me after I said just cancel everything. Foreign own businesses are such a joke.

My work orders from here a lot and it has declined in service but not to the point Id give this place a one but after our order today I will never order again. I was immediately placed on hold and when I finally got to place my order I was told to "slow down" and I still had to repeat myself several times for everything. When I asked for an oatmeal cookie I had to repeat myself four times and then he told me they dont have them they have chocolate Chip and oatmeal. It took an hour and a half and when I called asking where my order was they said if would be here in five minutes. 20 minutes later it finally arrived it half of it was cold and the salad was brown.

Order was incorrect and service was bad. Delivery driver texted to say he was outside at least 7 minutes before he was, so I had to wait for HIM. Ordered "Grand Slam" specialty pizza with no sausage, but my pizza came with sausage. Order was clearly marked on both receipt and sticker on box. When I called, employee tried to convince me it was ground beef then said the manager would call me shortly. Over 5 hours later, I called back to find out the manager isnt there today at all. There was no offer to remake the pizza or in any way reconcile the situation. Im not going to hold my breath for that return phone call :-(.

Ordered through the phone for 21 wings and a cheese pizza. Half of the wings with the bellagio sauce, half with the hottest sauce they have (#3) and a cheese and beef pizza. The pizza, even thou looked plain and the toppings ended far from the edges, was good. The wings with the bellagio sauce where mild in hotness and had a good flavor (its not buffalo sauce). The hottest flavored wings, werent as hot as i was expecting, but good flavor and strong "hot" smell. Good price and good flavor. One should try at least once.

ATTENTION ALL AFRICAN AMERICANS, DO NOT GO OR ORDER FOOD FROM THIS RACIST RESTURANT. THEY SENT ME SOME OLD HARD FRIES AND I WAS TOLD I COULD ONLY GET MY MONEY BACK BY COMING TO THE RESTURANT. WHEN I WENT TO THE RESTURANT THE FAT OVER WEIGHT RACIST MANAGER ARGUED WITH ME, CALLED ME ALL TYPE OF RACIST BLACK NAMES AND TOLD ME I DONT HAVE AN EDUCATION. HE ALSO TOOK THE FRIES WITH CHEESE AND THREW IT ON MY PANTS. I CALLED THE POLICE AND I AM NOW FILLING A REPORT.

I have been ordering food from here since last year to Owingsmills Highschool where I work. I order occasionally, I was really disappointed when the new girl told me that whomever was taking my order before should have not taking it because they dont deliver to owingsmills high.

Best pizza and sub carry out/delivery restaurant in Owings Mills. Most other restaurants are very inconsistent. Every time I order from here the food is delivered promptly and it is delicious.

Very good thin crust pizza. Not NYC or New Jersey but a solid flavorful pizza for MD. I am pleased to finally have found a pizzeria in the local neighborhood.

Go to place for delivery and carryout. Prompt delivery and polite. Their cheese steak is properly done and even people from Philly have complemented it.
