You are lucky if you get what you ordered. Theyve gotten my order wrong several times over the past year and my patience has run out. I called to place my order with a woman and for some reason despite me clearly ordering a cheese steak , cheese fish and chicken tenders she kept omitting part of my order. I repeated my order 4 times and she got it wrong 4 times . At that point I requested she put someone else on the line. I clearly and thoroughly repeated my order. The man on the other end repeated the order back omitting a sub and adding a tender. I corrected him. He then repeated the order correctly . After all of the back and fourth they literally sent the wrong order to my house. I called them back only for him to tell me they didnt make a mistake but I did and it was my fault that I ordered 2 cheese steaks. Not only did they screw my order up by being incompetent. They were rude , ignorant and disrespectful. Please find some place else to do business . These people are ignorant and incompetent.

The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the food is good. I would say I am a regular here for the past 2 years as I try to eat here ever other week. Tonight I ordered my usual sat down and watched as several people behind me received their order. I inquired about my order only to find out they thought it was for carry out and it had been sitting on to of the pizza oven. This is the second time this has happened within the last 4 months and it will be the last. There other restaurants in this area with the same menu that can handle 5 tables of customers.

This place is a great spot to grab a quick bite. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and the overall experience is just great. They have many more options other than pizza too which is awesome. Best place for pizza and subs in Reisterstown. You will be not be disappointed if you choose to eat here. Worth every penny!!!

Very bad service. You wait forever for your food.then your lucky if you get what you ordered. And when they mess up your order they dont even apologize. it also is so hot in there because there is no AC or fans you get really hot and sweaty which makes for a misable meal.

I ordered a small cheese calzone. I then waited an hour to get it, during which time they brought me three wrong orders. When I got my food, it was really good! Hopefully I was just there on an off night, but I dont really intend to go back to find out.

Everything Ive ordered from Village Pizza has been delicious - pizza, subs and salads! Ive never had delivery so I cant comment on that, but their staff always seems friendly.

Ive went there a couple of times already and their pizza is so good. So worth it to spend $12.19 on a large pizza. So worth it!! You should go try it out!!!
