I live very close to this Chipotle and Ive been here 4 times. Normally, I dont do reviews, but this place is so extreme that I felt compelled to write one as a warning to those out there. The first time I went, I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with no extra stuff on it, no sides, and no drink, and it came out $13.75. Now Ive been to Chipotles in various places all over the county, and I know for goddamn sure a burrito bowl doesnt cost $13.75, so I asked for the receipt. The cashier gave a huff, glared at me, and then handed the receipt to me. They charged me for chicken+steak+guacamole. I told them this is not what I ordered, and they ignored me. I told them to open the bowl and look at it. They refused for several minutes, and raised their voices at me. Eventually they handed me back the difference in cash. I played this off as a one-time mistake and let it slide. The second time I went there, I was again charged $12+ for a chicken bowl. Again, I had to argue with the cashier for several minutes to get my money back. At this point, I was getting pretty suspicious. The third time I went, I was again charged $13+ for a chicken bowl. The fourth time I went, I was charged $10.50. This is a dollar more than the Chipotle at Old Georgetown Road, a few miles away. I dont know why their prices are arbitrarily higher, but its messed up and shouldnt occur when their stores are this close to one another. In summary, DO NOT GO HERE. They do everything they can to rip you off constantly, and they try to hide the receipt so that you cant complain. Once or maybe twice I might have let it slide as a mistake, but 4 consecutive times is too much. This is obviously a store policy, possibly because this Chipotle is located in a relatively wealthy area and they know that people wont complain as much.

Another winning location for Chipotle and a good addition to the shopping center. The lines are generally long during meal times and this location has limited seating. Also there is limited space to walk/ stand in line/ get soda, napkins etc. since all that happens in the same common space. This can be a bit of a pain to navigate through. Food is good - like any other Chipotle and that makes the trip worth it.

For some reason, this is the best Chipotle Ive ever been to, and Ive been to a lot! The chips have salt on them, the guac and salsas are flavorful, the carnitas is always cooked perfectly and tastes great, and they dont skimp on portions. Always fresh and yummy. And maybe its because Im from the Midwest and always smile and thank the workers and cashiers, but the service has always been great for me too!

Only writing a review because our experience differed from the previous reviewer. Weve enjoyed our visits to this Chipotle. The only criticism that we had was that it was a bit crowded and perhaps too many young people, which is par for the course at most Chipotles. We had our daughter racing back and forth in the main area. Staff was very friendly. Weve never been overcharged here btw...
