My favorite Chipotle! I only get about 5 things in my bowl (rice, beans, steak, sour cream, and cheese) boring I know! At any other chipotle my bowl seems to be pretty empty, however, when I come to this location the bowl is full as if I got everything! Also there steak is cooked perfect and there is not a lot of fat like at some of the other locations. The staff is friendly and they keep the location pretty clean. I wish there was more outdoor sitting options though and the chip bags should have more chips the bag was barely half way full. I have not ordered online so I am not sure about them messing up orders, but the staff smiles and is pretty friendly I have gone during lunch during the week, and in the evenings with my 2 small kids and never once was anyone rude or did I have any problems. (Between this one and the one off Shady Grove I would come here. Shady Grove lines move very slow and I have ordered online with them and I should ahve just waited in the regular line anyway as long as it took them to give me my order).

Service: The young lady had a long artificial braided ponytail that hung outside of her hat and was touching the tortillas as she prepared them. I asked for extra sour cream. The young lady but so much on she couldnt close the container and it then leaked out and my bag broke from the bottom Food: This is my second and last time coming to this Chipotle. The first time my onions and peppers were scorched and served. There was bone fragments in my food. This time no taste. I ordered a veggie. I cant tell the onions from the corn form the rice or tomatoes. All I can taste of course is the cream cheese. Nothing has its own distinct taste as it should. Its fair to say that not all Chipotles are like this but I just know that I will never go here again. Once shame on you twice shame on me.

The worst location. Charge over $5 for a side of rice. Juan and Daniel the worst supposed to be the manager of this business. Never heard of this ever for just rice. Repeat never go to this place. Over charged and rude workers. Nasty unstationary conditions behind the counter. Been here for 2 years and dont know if new manager or what but definitely gone down. Can never get a clean table. Dirty floors dirty bathrooms and disgusting rags to wipe up. (Have tons of pictures to back it up) #health department will be notified Tuesday morning. Dirty dishes mixed with the cooked food being prepared and cut... No wonder this location is never over crowded like most Chipotles are at any given time.

This Chipolte has extremely poor service.The cashier gave me the wrong amount of change then tried acting like she did.these uneducated mexican workers need to go back to Mexico.I feel like I am wasting my money on poor service and this cashier was extremely rude when I tried to talk to her.not to mention she gave me the wrong food.They need to have their immigration status checked.Chipotle is substituting cheap ignorant labor for poor quality.Blaming poor service on lost in translation is no longer an excuse this is America Learn to speak English or get the F$&@ out!

You know what youre getting when you go to Chipotle, and I am shocked if someone would need to read a review to decide whether to eat at Chipotle. I will say that if you do take out, be sure to close the lids yourself. Weve done take out many a time, and consistently en route to the casa the contents exits the container. The servers do too quick of a job in closing the containers and dont close them well enough. Aside from this one complaint, kudos to the staff who works there for being customer friendly and fast.

Great service here but the food just doesnt taste like it did before stick with the chicken or the carnitas. If you go with the Barbacoa its too fatty if you go with the steak its too tough and chewy. We used to use to DSL but ever since that little issue they had you really dont need to anymore they never have your order ready when you get there anyhow even if you pay for it in advance so its best to just go through the line that way it minimizes any chance of mistakes that seem to always occur whenever we use DSL.

I went there today to pick lunch, and was nicely surprised when I saw there was no line. However, the food was very disappointing: there was no salt, the fajita veggies were mostly burned, and the rice undercooked. Previous experiences were not that bad but just ok. I dont think I will go to this location in the future.

Greedy Management. We have eaten here numerous times during the past several years. When we went last week, the portions were cut to about 1/3 of the normal size. Not surprisingly the prices stayed the same. Well be taking our business elsewhere and telling our friends to do the same until this gets resolved.

I went there yesterday. the ladies taking the order were just talking among themselves and not paying attention to me giving them orders to put rice and stuff inside. she did the whole order wrong. this is the worst Chipotle branch i have ever visited. They should change the laborers.

The food is good! Place is usually clean. They have cut off on plastic knives and they seem not to be using the red baskets when eating there anymore though. I still give them 4 starts bc I like their food.

This is the best Chipotle in MoCo. The Gaithersburg locations food is good too, but the lines are always very long. Kentlands has good food and short lines most of the time.
