UPDATE: Unfortunately, under the new ownership, the quality of sushi went down significantly. Its not just not memorable anymore, its actually really not good. Spicy tuna roll tasted fishy and bitter, salmon skin fishy, eel standard, but all rolls are now much smaller in size. Sad. Weve been to all top rated Baltimore sushi places and none even comes close to Dragon Bests. No way you can compare their sushi to the grocery stores. Just name the place where youve had better ones or I will think that youre their competitor )))

I left my review on a major travel site and I want to repeat that since this Restaurant was sold to a new owner, the quality of food has dropped. Sushis are smaller, more expensive and taste fishy quite often. They are still driving a business OK due to good location and kerry-out orders. It used to be our favorite place to eat but not anymore. Even the Chinese food that we have tried to order doesnt taste good anymore. So, we are driving further along Reisterstown road for very good sushi.

The Chinese food is good, but I dont recommend the sushi. I see others liked it, but Ive had much better and that is why I dont enjoy their sushi. They do prepare it fresh, but it still tastes like grocery store sushi (and you know what Im talking about if your a sushi fan). I believe it is better to go inside than to have it delivered. Friendly staff, decent prices.

The best sushi place ever! It is not a restaurant or some other fancy place. But if you care about the taste, not the place, I 100% recommend it. The staff is very friendly, you may bring your own alcohol. And the sushi are delicious. I brought a lot of friends here and everybody LOVES their sushi. They make the BEST sushi Ive ever tried.

Ordered a general tsos chicken recieved orange chicken. Was told I couldnt substitute rice for lo main noodles. Im in search of the best general tsos chicken in owings mills since my #1 chinease eattery closed down. I will not visit this place again as the chicken was not good and the wrong order. Plus they close unexpectedly

Nothing special in my opinion. Its a very small place. I only tried sushi there and i was not impressed. There are a lot of other sushi places around that i would prefer over this one. I cant comment on the other food which may be better than their sushi.

I agree with the previous review about the chinese food not being the best. But the sushi is the best ever. Weve tried lots of other sushi places over the 8 years and agreed that Dragon Bests sushi are the most delicious and fresh tasting.

VERY GOOD Chinese food in Owings Mills for a small, family run business. Low key, good for kids. Not much for atmosphere but staff is very nice and again the food is quite good. I go about 1x per month or get carryout.
