I went to Asian One on 3/23/17 after work. I preorder by phone. Walked in and greeted the hostess and gave my order. She just looked at me so I took a seat.The woman behind the counter is very rude and seems bothered doing her job. I ordered beef and broccoli with garlic sauce and fried chicken wings. Got home and began eating my take out. It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! The taste was strange and it didnt taste like garlic sauce. I know good food and this isnt it. How do you mess up fried chicken...Oh I got it add no season at all. This place was ok for certain dishes but now. It is just TRASH!!! I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone. I wasted $11.65 the rest if the meal is going in the garbage. Oh and the fourtune cookie had NO FORTUNE in it! WTF!!!

Your typical chinese restaurant joint. Person on the phone you barely understand who always seems to have an attitude and wants to rush you off the phone. Typical minimum charge for delivery. Food is great. I like it. But their SUPER CHEAP when it comes to any sort of meat. Most Chinese joints are a little skimpy on the meat but this place take the cake. Shrimp fried rice? Good luck with that. Youd be hard pressed to find 4 in a small order. And its OK, but not your typical shrimp fried rice. Shrimp or Chicken Lo Mein? Im not sure I tasted any chicken, but seriously, super skimp again. The food is good but Im disgusted with their cheapness when it comes to adding meat.

I put in an order they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes.. I show up at about 15 minutes not only is my order not ready i had to wait another near 20 minutes for my food. Had i know it would take 30 minutes or more for my order i could have simply shown up later. When i tried to complain they told me it would be right up.. Odd idea that right up takes as long as you told me in the first place.. Also the food is average not worth the poor customer service.

The most bland Genera Tsos I have ever tasted. The website where I ordered had a icon indicating that the dish was spice, it was not. It was like soggy chicken McNuggets in sugar water. Website is ok to navigate. Food took almost an hour to arrive, and with no indication of when it should arrive (even after placing an order) this seems like a long time. I will not be ordering from here again, and I would skip it if I were you.

Typical Chinese place. Lady on phone is barely understandable and doesnt listen. You have to repeat yourself several times to get the address and order across to her. Then she almost hung up without taking my card number, then didnt even give me my total before hanging up. It was kind of frustrating. Prices are decent and they have multiple lunch specials available. Hopefully the food makes up for the poor customer service.

This is the worst place to order from!!!! Do not order from them! They delivered my food late, got my order completely wrong, charged me for having to replace my order! and had the nerve to charge a second deliver charge to replace their incorrect order! The manager refused to come to the phone and resolve the issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!

Wish I could give this place no stars whatsoever, constantly forget to bring food thats been ordered as well as play dumb and act like they never heard an order you placed when in reality they are fishing for more money in all honesty I hope this place gets shut down or burns down either way would be better for the community

I have ordered from here in the past with good results. Recently, however, the quality of the food has gone down. I received chicken wings that were double fried (yuck) and Thai fried rice that was too salty to eat. Im disappointed. If their management has changed, it has changed for the worst.

This place has really good takeout and its inexpensive food and they give u a lot. Yea the place isnt decorated too well but its a carryout place and the money saved shows in your wallet. The lady remembers your name, order, and address if u order frequently. I love it for after work grub.

Ordered here two days ago and the food wasnt as good as the one near Target. Not as I had expected. Taking business elsewhere for future orders. Do take heed of the negative reviews. I ignored it and left with disappointment... Generous enough to leave a 2 (two) stars instead of 1 (one).

We liked everything ok. I do recommend the spring rolls,very tasty! The house fried rice lacked vegetables and was salty. The reviews were correct in saying that the food would come hot and fresh and nothing tasted frozen. For Americanized Chinese food it was good.

I understand if English is your second language, but you dont answer the phone asking what do you want? You ask them how may I help you or what is your order? If youre going to operate in this country, know basic customer service etiquette!!!

Nasty food, nasty service! Flavorless fried rice not a single one bean sprout nor a piece of carrot, definitely not a typical Chinese restaurant taste like ordinary rice and the lady at the counter horrible attitude after I spent over $40

Best tofu green Thai curry ever. The only thing thats kind of annoying is you have to pay an extra $1 in cash for brown rice. It would be nice if you could select brown rice online and have it automatically added to the total.

The lady who takes the order on the phone is the rude, the order was wrong, the food was tasteless and the place was filthy. We are taking our business elsewhere. Cannot give them zero stars but that is what they deserve.

Excellent experience. We ordered online and it was delivered within 30 minutes (we live in Laurel). Good food- the fried rice was great as well as their general Tso chicken and hotwings. Will definitely order again!!

When I first moved to the area (9 months ago), the food was the best thing ever. I think they have a new cook or something but the food is not the same :( The last couple of times I ordered I was not impressed.
