The owners of this location are the absolute worst! The just attempted to call the police on my husband because they got our order wrong and the lady walked away from him. He accidentally knocked something over and attempted to catch it before it fell and she accused him of throwing the item at her. SHe threatened to call the police and that whole situation couldve went totally wrong. My husband left because he is a professional and works in the school system. Those people are always nasty to people of color. Im going to make it my business to tell everyone that works where I do to never go there again. Im going to file a complaint and write a letter to the city manager because this is not the first nor the second nor the third time they have treated someone of color like this. They are horrible people. Customer service skills are on negative infinity.

I wish that I could give a zero. I was given the wrong order which had shrimp. I returned the order and advised that I was allergic to shrimp. When I picked up the replacement order, I noticed that the box top had a tear as if it had been used. I called backed to verify that it was in fact a completely new order and not a recycle of the old order and i advised yet again that I could not eat shrimp. I was told that it was completely new. Once I examined the order at home, I found pieces of shrimp. They had "picked" the shrimp out of the old order and replaced with chicken. Fortunately for me, they had left pieces of the shrimp. After my 3rd trip to the establishment, I was treated rudely and unapologetically. I tried to get them to understand that their lies could cause serious injury to someone but they didnt care. Buyer beware!!

Went there one night when I craved Chinese. Went to the counter to order, the man didnt say a word. Then as we got ready to order, he abruptly walked to the back. Then as we ordered, there was no "customer service like conduct. ", he was very rude and brash. As we walked away, we remarked that this would be the last time we ate here,. The food was good, really good. And they had OK prices, but that service though? I wont be back.

ordered take out, Sweet and sour pork and beef and broccoli. All the sweet and sour pork consisted of was this spongy pork with coating and some sauce, no peppers or onions. I tried to figure out what kind of beef they used. Couldnt figure it out. Fatty, spongy and not a consistancy of beef. Threw it away. Nasty food

My favorites are the Chow Fun and terriyaki sticks, staff is always always polite. Careful of the fried rice and noodle dishes if you have a shellfish allergy - its delicious but I always seem to find shrimp in my plate even though I always order the pork.

For fast food, my husband like his beef and broccoli. I am okay with the different dishes I have tried here but there is honestly nothing I can recommend because I have had better at other places.
