One of the worst experiences Ive had in a long while, i call for delivery and I let them know everything location included. The person on the phone said it was fine so he took down my order and told me the time would be 45 mins an hour later I called back and ask if it was on the way he gives me an answer "yes it is" i ask if there was a way to figure out where it was he says "well...its not here so it should be 10 or 15 mins", so I comply and wait for my food again then 45 mins after that i call back to find out what is going on guy on the phone tells me they cant deliver out here and "the order was cancelled".........no one called to inform me i would never have found out otherwise so ii ask to speak to the manager and the guys says hes gonna tell you what im telling you, i say i want to speak the manager he hands over the phone and the manager was nice but said there was nothing he could do unless i came in person(I would get a free meal) but with these kind of problems for delivery I wont be stepping foot in there for the foreseeable future (I was gonna write with grammar but im too frustrated to care)

DP Dough is my favorite late night spot to eat! unfortunately they lost my service this time. I ordered two zones this past weekend and they never showed up. I never received my food. I called to explain and was told that the delivery drivers were already gone for the night, mind you this is after i waited for my food for two hours, nothing could be done for me.... the next morning i called to get my money back after realizing that i had been charged for food i never even had the chance to eat. they couldnt fulfill that task either. i had to take it up with the bank in order to get my money back. any company that provides a service should know not to charge for a service that was never received. apparently you have a lot to learn about business DP Dough. I am extremely displeased and will spread the word.

Hmmm. The food wasnt particularly bad, but the dough was slightly overcooked and chewy. The toppings I ordered may not have been placed in my Calzone (Ricotta cheese was not there or extremely scarce, the 75 cent spinach topping resulted in maaaaybe four leaves being placed in my calzone). The order of chicken with the eggplant probably wasnt the best idea because there was definitely twice as much eggplant vs meat. Overall, when you do a Construction Zone, be careful! Dont use too many toppings because the calzone might be inconsistent (slightly burnt taste, extremely scarce ingredients). Im just comparing my experience with a calzone I purchase from another restaurant about 20 minutes down the road which also comes to be a few dollars cheaper and much much better. The food was alright. 3.2/5 stars.

Delivery is TERRIBLE, dont do it. Food is hit or miss. Sometimes great for the price, others not at all. Service is subpar. I recommend TAKE OUT only. Weve ordered delivery it has taken almost an hour (if not more) OVER the estimated delivery time which is already about 40 mins on avg. The first couple of times we thought it was a fluke. Tried to give it a fair chance but its consistently been terrible. Food arrives not only late, but cold. The boneless wings are decent and the calzones depend. Nothing thats uniquely delicious to be worth the headache. Consistent ordering problems as well. Doesnt seem like management cares about the delivery issue or makes it right.

They offer A "Construction Zone" Calzone, which is a "Create-Your-Own" type deal. You can get A WHOLE LOT IN THERE FOR UNDER $ 10 TOO!!! They offer Fresh Premium Ingredients & it all comes Nice & Hot!! Ordering Online is Easy, Quick & Reliable. They really put a SMILE on my Face soooo 5-STARS!!! They have some Good Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies too! Please Try them out & youll have a Guaranteed Winner for your Late Nite/Early Morning Delivery Needs!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Horrible food and service is even worse. They showed up almost 2 hours late (after I repeatedly called) with rock hard cold disgusting good . I talked to Ben who claimed to be the manager and he told me it would be free because they were so late but this was a lie. The driver hastled me for over 5 minutes to sign the credit receipt to the point where I finally had to just shut the door to get him to leave. He then came back and knocked on my door repeatedly demanding I sign the receipt. I will never eat here again and Ben is compketely incapable abd should be fired

My experience was bad because of delivery. A delivery driver felt that it was her duty to inform me that I was not tipping properly by writing a website on both my receipt and my box. When I spoke with her she told me that that was the least embarrassing way FOR ME, for her to tell me this way. She said that if I didnt tip the way the website said then customer service would suffer. Id received delivery twice from her and the second time customer service did suffer. That was also the time she wrote the website. Im just wondering if shell still have her job...

Please make sure to read this review and the horrible experience I was greeted with. Made my order online on a Friday night which I get can be crazy. Waited over an hour after the scheduled pick up time for my food, the order was then wrong and wasnt fixed. I wrote in then was told by a rep named initials M. A. (I would list the full name but I think that would get flagged) that he would be refunding the purchase of $30 I spent but here we are almost two months later and nothing. Thanks for the horrible customer service.

I have lived in the College Park area for the last 5 years and still love this place. They have what seems like a never ending variety of calzones to choose and almost always have my takeout ready within 10 minutes. The deilivery can be a little spotty, but thats understandable when almost everyone in college park orders from them. My suggestion is to order a take out and pick it up, not only does that void any delivery problems, but also allows for the maximum tastiness and freshness of food!!!

Terrible experience with subpar cold food. 3 calzone orders were placed at 8:20 and 3 customers were disappointed. We were told we would receive our food within an hour and half. At 10:40 PM our hungry stomachs were greeted with cold food. The food itself wasnt even proper, barely any cheese and ice cold marinara sauce. I ordered the hook me up on my calzone and didnt find any seasoning on the calzone. Disappointed and doubt I would ever order again unless the service is improved.

They said it would take 25 - 30 minutes to get my order, but after almost an hour I had to call to ask where it was. They had just left the restaurant 10 minutes prior and by the time they finally arrived at my hotel it had been over an hour from the time I originally called. The cheese stix were COLD and the salad was WARM and wilted. I am very disappointed in the experience all together and would NOT recommend this place.
