I am adjusting my review of my favorite pizza place. Back story: Im gluten free due to digestive issues and this chain has by far the BEST gluten free pizza! Their gluten free green stripe pizza is my absolute favorite! However, this location has made me hate getting pizza....and thats a STRONG statement. I order online frequently, and literally, everytime I do...the pizza is wrong. Its the wrong crust, they forgot ingredients, they didnt cut it, etc. This hasnt just happened once or twice - it happens EVERY TIME Ive ordered over the last few months. But tonight was the last straw. I am currently sitting here at the location with my pizza that took THREE tries and over THIRTY MINUTES to get correct and THEN they didnt cut it and handed it to me hot. My partner is currently sitting here with cold pizza because he wouldnt eat without me. It takes a LOT to make me mad, and Im infuriated. I had to take my pizza back THREE times and had to basically jump up and down to get the staffs attention. Its unacceptable to treat a hungry customer that way, and you LITERALLY have a parchment paper with instructions to tell you how to make the pizza. Its not like I made up an elaborate order...its on the menu board JUST with the gluten free crust. I am never coming back to this location, and its such a shame. When they actually get it right, the pizza is amazing but I just havent lucked. If youre gluten free, be prepared to be disappointed a lot. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

While the food is good, the staff is either unware or dont care about food safety guidelines and proper sanitation practices for a food establishment. Often the surface of the food preparation area is utterly disgusting. And staff members have dropped pizza boxes on the floor and picked it up, placing it back on the counter. Off duty staff members stand around behind the food preparation station having conversations with on duty staff, using cellphones, scratching their hair unaware of the actual customers watching this very unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. I would like to continue seeing this establishment grow, but if management doesnt information and correct its employees bad behavior it will effect the establishments reputation.

Came in @ 9:50 half the food bar was gone. I asked for spicy sauce they said they were all out. I then asked for turkey meatballs and I was told they were all out so I asked if there were none in the whole store and I was told no so I was left with only chicken because all there other products contain pork, which I cant consume due to religious reasons. Then my pizza was not fully cooked all the way so my dough was all goo in the middle and my pizza toppings were like soup on top making everything really wet. I ended up leaving there and going to burger Fi next door. Even though this was my 3rd bad experience I still wont say the food is bad because amount of ppl I see there and also how much my sister likes it but count me out pls

My wife and I have been regular customers since Blaze opened. The pizza is top-notch and I would rate pizza and service at 5 stars. However, the 2 star rating is due to the incredible amount of disturbing noise while trying to enjoy our meals. The noise, aside from the overly loud music, is caused by the constant scraping of the metal chair legs on the bare concrete floor, which is akin to fingernails scraping on a chalk board. As a suggestion, please consider putting something on the chair legs to dampen this most irritating sound and turn down the volume on your stereo system. Thank you.

Dont get me wrong, I love the food and the staff are ALWAYS very kind. The fact that you can customize your pizza is super cool and the pizza it self is delicious. The two stars are in fact for the place it self. The music is ALWAYS EXTREMELY LOUD, and VERY AGITATED. ALWAYS! It is disturbing to sit down to eat and enjoy the great food with the kind and volume of the music they offer... definitely NOT a place to relax, but the food is 5 stars!

My wife and I have been coming here for a couple of years now and I have to say the staff has always been great, the establishment consistently stays clean. One of the workers name Hakeem has been here since we started coming and hes always smiling even when busy. I normally do not do reviews but I felt it was important to do one for these guys. Keep up the good work.

This place is so good! The food is delicious and it has options for everyone. My friend is gluten free and corn free and this is one of the only places where she can eat. All of the ingredients are very fresh and make the pizza so good. The pizzas are the perfect size and they have boxes if you want to take some home. I would recommend blaze pizza to anyone!

Great pizza, good service. However, my mother came to visit from out of state and used her credit card. This was the only place she used that credit card during her visit. Shortly after fraudulent charges were seen being made around the Baltimore area. So we suspect that there may have been some shady business when they scanned her card for the pizza.

This has been a consistent and fast pizza experience. The topping selections I have tried have been tasty, and the combination of crust and oven temperature make for a flavor far preferable to that of Pie 5. The consistent fast and friendly service at this location stands head and shoulders above the other eateries in its immediate vicinity.

Ive been to other Blaze locations, but Laurel has been the best experience for me. The employees had the line moving quickly and Marcus did a great job cooking my pizza. I asked him to make my crust well-done (not burnt) and he would check in with me and ask me if the crust looked okay. My pizza tasted great, I will be back!

We pre-arranged with Blaze to have 15 teenagers come after a movie to celebrate our daughters birthday. The Blaze team did a great job getting everyones pizza ready quickly, and accommodating our large group. The kids were happy to be able to select their own pizzas, and the food was, as usual, great. This place is going down, every time I went i always check soda machine dispenser like everywhere I eat. The machine was filthy especially the ice dispenser had black gunk inside that was a big turn off. Please clean your machines. Also one employee that worked 7/21/2017 stayed on her iPhone and dancing. Smh

Service was bad ! They move to quickly , I asked for a manager and know one came to speak to me. The food is really good but their service is bad. It sucks to see a good place going bad. Whoever runs this store needs to have a talk with me. I come here a lot and not once have I left very happy.

Great place to eat. The vegan cheese actually tastes better than the regular cheese (they do charge extra for it). Reasonably priced. If you plan to eat at a table, which you probably will, get napkins while you pour your drink as they didnt have napkins at the tables both times I was there.
