To rate this experience I had to put a star. I wouldnt give it a star. I placed my order via their iPad app and they used ordersnapp to take payment. Well, ordersnapp was not able to communicate with this merchant. I called ordersnapp and they informed me that I had to contact the merchant prior to my refund and they were taking notes on the call and had to contact them as well. How frustrating and unhappy am I that always passing the buck. Take ownership and help a customer I called on 5 occasions and no one answered the phone. The establishment was open according to their hours listed. Not a happy "customer" needless to say no services were rendered and still waiting for my refund.

The pizza contains good ingredients but the problem is with the cooking, it feels like half cooked and you MUST tell them to put it in the stove for a few more minutes. The pizza is slippery (weird? I know) I mean when You try to eat it, it falls because they are not well cooked. Sometimes they run out of dressers for pizza. They have to do a bit better if they want their costumers to come back.

i made an order and they said it would arrive in 40 to 45 minutes. it came an hour and 45 minutes later. the driver didnt come to our door and didnt apologize for the extra hour of wait time. the food was atrocious, almost unedible. the onion rings were charred black but still soggy. the fries werent cooked! the garlic bread was a sub roll with garlic butter smeared on one side.

The food is good but not good enough for a 3rd chancw...first time I ordered my food was late because whoever took my order put the wrong address and then my food was cold....This time so far my food is a little over 30 minutes late and Im really not interested in hearing any excuses from them

the driver was extremely rude and got lost on his way to deliver the food so he refused to come to the address listed. My friend and I had to go off campus to get the food

Probably the worst burrito Ive ever had. Literally regret taking a bite. Place was opened late and the menu was so versatile....will not be ordering from here again.

Very good pizza! I love the spicy marinara they use! They should give people the option of the spicy sauce before just throwing it in, but good nonetheless.
