Living in Shepherdstown, there arent a ton of quick food options, so eating here out of convenience is a frequent occurrence for me. But almosy every time i come in, theres something wrong with my order. Once, I got a steak and cheese sub. The bun was literally BURNT, and the amount of steak and toppings was laughable. I basically got a burnt bun that I could fully close together even with the toppings inside. When I took it back and showed the manager on duty, both he and the girl working the counter were absolutely unapologetic, and acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking for a quality sandwich. Today, I got two burritos and paid for nacho cheese TWICE because I wanted double nacho cheese. I dont have a problem paying 40 cents twice but I do have a problem with only getting one cup of nacho cheese. These are the latest occurrences at this store, but Ive experienced things like this too many times to count. And their speed of service during busy hours is absolutely horrendous. I wish I could say their staff is better. Some are nice, but theres a woman who works there almost every morning that looks absolutely miserable, and makes the customer feel as though he/she is inconveniencing her. Look, I get that theyre located in a small town, and since competition is scarce, they dont have to worry about spending too much time on quality service and attention. And Im not going to say "Well, service is slow but thats a Sheetz for ya." No. Theres an amazing Sheetz in the next town over that Im sure would love to have my business.

I was rudely accused of loitering when I was quietly eating the food I ordered at a small counter in the store. If they dont want you to eat their food on the premises, they should make that clear up front.

Very slow counter service at the register, not enough staff to handle the lunch rush, and confusing touchscreen interface for ordering some things
