First time going to Roy Rogers. Never going back. No one bothers to mention that the burger has nothing on it? Seriously? You would think that if the burger has nothing on it, then they would ask if you want something on it. How am I supposed to know that you dont even put ketchup on it? Who sells burgers with nothing on it? Then you cant even drop some ketchup packets or anything in my bag? Waste of time and money. When minimum wage goes up to $15 an hour, you better believe Ill never be eating fast food again, ever. Im not going anywhere that you can make that much money to be a complete screw up.

Stood at the counter waiting for help while 5 employees, 2 being managers, stood there joking and cutting up with themselves ignoring the guest. Even heard on employee tell them there were guest waiting to order. Stood there for 5 minutes and ended up just leaving. Would give 0 stars but cant go that low.

Good place, but on the older side. Generally clean for a fast food place, with friendly and helpful staff. You could do a whole lot worse than here for a pit stop while headed east or west through Hagerstown. Plus, they have old bay for your fries at the fixins bar :)

As always the food and service were great. The only criticism would be that the restroom was dirty, tables needed to be wiped and the trashcans were over flowing, minor issues for a great roast beef sandwich.

No taste, food on floor, floor sticky, bathrooms not clean, but, the table and sitting booth was clean. Roy would not every return riding his horse. His historic smile would be forever lost.

The Cole slaw was old and tasted like it was bad. The manager did fix this issue. The burger was under cooked and I was sick the next day.
