Went to the Rocky Mount NC location. Not enough food on the buffet. Had to way to many people for the amount of staff. The staff let this grouo of children throw food everywhere and at us. The children were using the handsantisizer machine and rubbing it into the bowla on the buffet. Nobody ever made them stop or speak to the family. The staff was loud behind the butchers area but trying to be nice and bring peiple their steaks however they lingered to long and never wwashed their hamds before going back into the butchers area. Plates were nasty. The smell of the bathrooms always linger and comoletely stink up the back half of the restraunt. There was nothing on the buffet and then if your were lucky enough to get anything it was cold and old. What happened to the variety? Children throwing nasty food on the "clean" dish counter and nobody says anything heck they didnt even clean it up or replace the plates. Then there was no dessert counter. The ice cream machine was out. The corn candy was months old by the taste. Rotten strawberries. Snacks were so old either they cracked the plate or either they would come off the stick. The jello was like old moldy flavor mush water. Then there was always a fight to get a darn roll So good luck if you ever go to this location.

The food was great. The waitress made a statement to another employee that I over heard that kinda pissed me off. He said " look at these people coming in here now. Its tume to close an i done clean my area an ready to go home. He kept an attitude the hold time that he waited on the group. One person had to get their own drink because he left the area. Hearing what he said if it was left up to me I wouldnt have left a cash tip I would have left a note that said be careful on what you say because you can be heard by others that your not talking to that may cause you your job. Now clean up behind all these kids.Altho he ended up being helpful before we left. Knowing what I heard I only told one other person to see if I took/felt the wrong way an they felt the same. But yet because of the group they still gave him a nice tip.

The absolute best customer service IV had Brian kept drinks full and Adrian helped us and she was all the way on the other side of the restaurant working she stopped what she was doing to bring regular butter tobour table the ppl in the kitchen area was so polite and asked how we were liking everything the atmosphere just seemed welcoming the manager sal is doing a great job with this staff they all seem to love their job and thats what being a good manager is proof of

I have been to several other Golden Corrals but never to this one in particular. It was the BEST Golden Corral Ive ever eaten at. Never have I seen the staff being more meticulous about making sure the entire selection of food was out, or that it was kept at the right temperatures than at this particular one. I always thought going to a buffet meant sacrificing food quality but they proved me wrong. It was simply delicious.

Had really great service. Came in about the time they were switching from breakfast to lunch and my son wanted pancakes but they had already put the stuff away. The next thing I know a gentleman named Ricky came to our table asking if he really wanted pancakes and of course he said yes so Ricky went and made some pancakes just for him. Waitress was Stacy and she was also very nice.

I was there for breakfast I work all over the states and I allways look for golden corral and what surprise me about this one which I never see it before was the manager mr. Kyle Eickhoff walk to every single table and talk to everyone making sure that everything was OK. Thats why I desire to go back there for dinner way to go mr. Kyle.thanks to everyone that work there

Compares to the food this establishment is overpriced. I was diligent at attempting to find something I knew I liked that would satisfy my hunger as well as trying new things and unfortunately I was not able to find anything that was of the correct temperature or desired taste. Not to mention it was uncomfortably cold, I felt the need to keep my sweater on the entire stay.

Me and my family travel from New York to visit our family members,and its a must for us to come here at Golden Corral to eat. This establishment is friendliest and cleanest and the Food OMG!!! GREAT!!GREAT!!GREAT!!. Its wonderful to know that a family our size (9) can eat such great food with healthy choices,.....THANK YOU FROM THE ROSAS NYC.

Whenever were in Rocky Mount for Service we like to eat here. It seems that other churches eat here also considering these folks attire! This Restaurant is not for the Slouchy looking man but rather for the Preacher/Choir Type! This is probably the best GC ive ate at considering the Food Quality & the Atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

WORST NASTIEST PLACE EVER! I SEEN A CATERPILLAR CRAWL ON THE GROUND ONTO SOME PANTS THEN ALL THE PLATES WERE DIRTY I WAS NOT THE ONLY PERSON TO SEE IT RIGHT AFTER ME ONE LADY PUT 10 PLATES TO THE SIDE BECAUSE THEY WAS DIRTY AND TOLD THE MANAGER AND SHE DID NOT DO ANYTHING BUT PUT THE PLATES BACK ON WHERE THE OTHER PLATES ARE.

The food was good but the manager has the worst attitude toward his customers!!! I will tell everyone I know not to frequent this restaurant!! The waitress was so about refilling drinks !! Today was the worst experience I ever had. The white manager has so much respect but the African American manager sucks!!!!

Great place , really great food , if you tired for fast food places , come and stop buy! Soups, salad, main courses , fish, pork, steak , desserts and ice cream ! All you can eat ! For two adults we paid $26 ! All of the food was really tasty , can recommend this place if you like home looked good !

Pleasant waitress was very nice and made sure plates were off the table.The cook was very nice and aim to please the way to cook your steak.Over all good, i feel the preparers of the food need to be less talkative and a lot quieter.Bar wasnt full and fresh food wasnt out.

We go a lot of times. In the morning they have everything filled and good. But at night we took our family of 8 so we could have the steaks and they hardly had anything on the grill or the buffet. It was dissappointing because we paid more money for dinner and got less.

Food was good. Lots of noise on Sunday It would be nice if the could figure out a way to direct the people so they could clear the tables and he floor so it would not appear to be so soiled between customers. Otherwise a good family atmosphere.
