If I could rate 0 stars I would. Me and 3 friends decided after a long shift at work to go grab something to eat, one was pregnant. We arrived at 12:30am were seated then left alone for 45 minutes with NO drinks! Finally we got loud and turn and started the cashier down, when she came to the table she acted stupid and said "yall been here this long with no drinks" then it too 30 minutes for us to get our food and drinks. Not to mention my food was cold like it had been sitting for a while. Only one waitress was nice and go what we wanted. Before we left (3:30am) I asked to speak with the manager so I can tell her how bad the service was, being a waitress I know how stressful it can be but hell it was 12 am NO ONE WAS THERE IT WASNT BUSY. Probably not gonna go back because the service was really terrible.

Ive never had an experience like this at any IHOP... EVER. When I went to pay I asked to speak with a manager; the cashier told me that he said he was too busy to come up. I then asked to speak with the manager again; she asked another server to get him and that server said "I dont have time for this". "THIS" is your job, or so I thought. The manger finally came and I didnt even want to speak with him which turned out to be her; he never came out because he was too busy.I proceeded to pay and the rude cashier then said she took off the discount and indeed she did not. My recipet shows no discount! She lied!!!! Ill never visit this IHOP again... Ill be too busy! Also, I called their corporate office because as I stated I never receive service like this from any other IHOP!

I am not sure if they were short staffed tonight but the wait food was extremely long. I have stomach pain now and I am still waiting for my correct sandwhich. We have been here for over an hour and my wait for my sandwhich has been over 1 hour. I ended up eating half of my husbands food. The coffee tasted like it was reheated, very nasty. Requested the manager and told her that no one told us that the orange juice had pulp and that my daughter doesnt drink orange juice with pulp. The manager stated that her manager stated that in order to get the free meal that we had to purchasea childrens drink. I do plan on calling their corporate office in the morning. Our server was great however we dont plan on stopping here again and this is my 1st review ever.

1-We was seated immediately. 2-We waited 25 min before our area waiter came 3-another couple complain to manager can he get some service in another section. 4- I told manager my whole area been waiting a long time to. 5-- Mr. N.Y. Yankee man told me we had service since he seen we receive drinks. 6- I have to call him that because he didnt have a name tag on and he told somebody in IHOP he is a Yankee from N.Y.. hum what does that mean? 7- yes I did receive drinks after 25 min but he didnt care to ask. 8- manager told customer he didnt have to pay for food since he waited a long time. 9- use 800 and reviews because mr. Yankee wasnt right at all. Glad I was just driving through

This is the most unprofessional place to work for. Not only have they withheld my paycheck but other former employees. I have tried a number of times to contact the person in charge of the managers there. Noe is the gm and he does whatever, whenever. Hes never there when. Hes supposed to be and he is the most unprofessional employer Ive ever had to work for. Then, theres the other manager Alex who is a pervert and makes sexual comments at the girls and is inappropriate. I need to find out who the owners are or the people really in charge of this place they call a business. They have a bunch of disrespectful careless people working there and its a shame.

We went on a Friday night they were very busy and they were short staffed with waitresses and cooks with that being said it was still the best service we ever received !!! Not only was our waitress nice and attentive so was every waitress that walked by they all worked together as a team to get us any and everything we wanted! The manager Kristine was amazing she went from doing the cashier , sitting people, taking drink orders, taking food out, just everything !! It was the best experience we ever had at an IHOP!!

Seat in waiting area was broken, and one of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, as well. I paid $11, plus tax, for a meal that was supposed to include seasonal fruit, but i only got the scrambled eggs, toast, and sausage. Didnt realize they forgot til I got home and it was too late to say anything. Eggs were overcooked and dry. Next time Ill go to the Cracker Barrel across the highway.

Ive never had a good opinion of this place since moving to Rocky Mount, NC. We try it ever so often, and my opinion doesnt change. I think what originally turned me off was the low restaurant rating they once got (which has since improved). However on recent visits, slow waits seem to be the problem, and the staff doesnt seem to be very attentive.

Got here about an hour before closing and the entire staff was absolutely fantastic. We made a mistake on our order (totally our fault) and they fixed it for us, no problem. Food was served quickly and was the best weve had from IHOP. Honestly, best experience at a restaurant. Thanks guys!

Perfect experience! The food was great as usual and Andrea happened to be one of the best waitresses we have ever had serve our table. She was prompt and friendly but not over the top friendly or gratuitous. It was a pleasure to eat our breakfast here today.

For a call in order, I had to wait in excess of 10 rings, then was placed on hold for 5mins. After hanging up to call again, the line was busy. THIS WAS A TUESDAY NITE!!! Not a Friday or Saturday or a morning...
