I know this wont stop people from going. I like BWW but this one in particular was upsetting. First of all it smells like a bathroom... The restrooms smelled better than the rest of the restaurant. Second we waited 10-15 min before being approached by any server (though there were 5 just standing around by the register socializing) that we ended up just leaving. Its disappointing because we like BWW and usually have a good experience. Hopefully the customers will be taken into more consideration instead of their time being wasted. I mean we are paying to eat there. Without customers there are no jobs or a restaurant. Hopefully next time it wont be the same.

Had an hour for dinner and decided on BWW. Seated at 4 pm, waitress came by at 4:25, food at 4:50, utensils to eat food delivered at 4:58. Didnt have time to eat. Had to take family order to go. Needed to be out of there at 5 to take daughters to dance class. Kind of ridiculous for some microwave mac and cheese. Wont be back to this BWW. A new one is being built in Chambersbug. Ill wait for that one but this one is dead to me. Ive been to other BWW when they were much busier and got better service. Run, run away fast.

Service at the bar was great. The food was average fast food bar food. The one thing skeeved me was the bathroom was just scuzzy, not dirt just not clean and fresh smelling. It seemed like they just used water and a mop no soap or cleaners. Full of flies. Sit at bar I can smell funkiness . The bar looks clean however. I almost left , but since Im hungry and trapped at the hotel , Im hoping not to get sick. Maybe Im being picky however I eat 4 times a week and this place just seams off. The staff is nice the food is standard.

Awesome place I love to eat here almost once a week! Only down side is that its always super loud! I almost always have to yell to have a conversation. And surprisingly the food takes a while to order even if its not busy which doesnt make much sense. Only problem I have here is that the servers never put in my rewards number so I never get any rewards which sucks and they should check that or learn how to. Other than that I love the place!

I went on a Tuesday, which is half off wing night so expected to be busy. There was a small wait for the table, and our drinks came pretty quickly. Once we ordered our food, it took a half an hour for our food to arrive. We were only checked up on a few times. When our check arrived, it was just that. No book, just the check, which was really weird. It was a very unremarkable experience, and I probably wont go back.

Food was not so good because it was cold. Ordered take out was told 25 minutes. After I paid at the store, which was about 30 minutes after order was placed it took another 45 minutes to get my order. The food was ready but the people at the counter were not capable of picking the food up and filling orders in a timely manner and the order was wrong.

Ordered for pickup and they got our whole order wrong. Didnt realize til we got all the way home to Greencastle. Have a new baby wasnt going to drive all the way back. They even forgot the celery and carrots. Pretty lame! Called and told them and they said theyd send a gift card, never saw it. The customer service sucks!

We waited about 20 min for our food... and now waited 50 minutes for our bill because they got so super confused... AND ITS STILL NOT RIGHT!!!!!!!! The service has gone down hill so much since they redid this and got new waitresses. If you dont want to sit down for a 3 hour dinner/ordeal... find another restaurant!

The past 2 times Ive gone here, they have forgotten our order!! The first time the kitchen completely forget and the second time our waitress forgot to put it in. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. I will continuously go out of my way and go to the one in Chambersburg, PA for better service!

night shift worked are there just to hangout and not work. It took me 30m to get 20 wings to take out. lovely service the only who took responsability was the manager while the person who sat take sit and I will let you know when they are ready was in the back doing nothing

B-Dubs wings are always good, but $1+ per wing is really pricey. If I didnt like wings and sports so much, I wouldnt visit because service is always slow as well. Hard to get good wings and sports anywhere else in the area, so I still go back.

I got wings to go ...when i got home they were extremely hotter than i ordered..i called them..the female manager promised to send a gift card to replace my order because i was not able to return to the store..that night.....never got it ....sad

The draw is definitely Danielle. But, the wings are okay and theres a lot of screens to watch. But, holy crap, Miss D is one hot draw. The quintessential girl-next-door. If she would just put those darn cigarettes down. Great atmosphere.

I like BWW and have been there many times. The draw is always wings, and I feel like I have to get wings if Im going to a wing joint, right? But then I want to try something else on the menu also and then my bill ends up being ridiculous.

Food was great. Beer selection was awesome.....but servers dont know whit about the beers. You need to do more education about beer with 23 taps and bottles it is a major attraction. The bartender wasnt sure about what was what.

Love the atmosphere, food is always great and staff always helpful and very friendly. They will also give all guests a tablet with games while waiting for your food...my kids love it and they act like angels the whole time!!!

I love BWW food! They have a surprise lunch promo with the radio station 104.7 and my fiancé and I won a free lunch, they paid or bill on the spot! It definitely makes us want to go back for lunch time, not just dinner.

Its okay. We went because it was across the parking lot from our hotel and i wanted to drink beers. Plural. Odd that my wife and I got carded when we are 45 and 40 and were with kids and oldest child is 17.

Pretty normal BWs, wings, TVs ... drinks seem incredibly expensive here though. You can go next door to the outback and have a few drinks for half the price, unfortunately Outback closes earlier!

Fun place. Good service. Very laid back. Wasnt crazy about the sandwiches OR the wings, however. I assume the experience would have been much more enjoyable after a long swig of cold beer.

Seated at dirty table. All of the tables were dirty and they werent busy. Not a good value. I make a copycat recipe of the spicy garlic so now I dont have to go there for it.
