My mom, sister, husband and I went to the Chantilly location at 7:48pm on Saturday March 18th, departed 8:50 pm. Our server took our appetizer order and our drink order. We ordered (1) moscow mule, (2) ginger beer and rum, and (1) blood orange turtle 1/2 shell. After about 20 minutes our appetizer arrived but no drinks. We finished our appetizer and still no drinks, no water, nothing. This is like 25 minutes after we originally placed our drink order. So my husband went up and asked about about the drinks our server said they had to make the (2) drinks special. He said it is just ginger beer and rum, same thing as the Moscow Mule except with rum. So a few minutes later all the drinks arrived except the turtle 1/2 shell. Next, our dinner arrived. Still No turtle 1/2 shell. This is a menu item and nothing special. We start to eat and the 1/2 turtle finally arrives. I should have just canceled it at this point but here it is finally. My mom starts to eat her Tilapia. It is RAW. This is not an exaggeration. Literally NOT cooked, cold and RAW. It is very dangerous to eat Tilapia RAW. We call our server over she takes away my moms food. Then the manager comes over. He explains that he is new to this location and has been brought in to "clean house" and make improvements. He explains that the Tilapia was frozen and was not defrosted properly and therefore did not cook. He offers to make salmon instead. I said to him, "we all have our food will it take very long as my mom has nothing to eat?" He says no that they will make it right away. Well "right away" took over 25 minutes. My poor mother had to sit there without a meal or crumb to eat. We all gave her portions of our meal so she had something to at least gnaw on. You would think that a manager that is "fixing" things would have at least offered a bowl of soup or salad or something to tide her over while we ate and she waited. He offer NOTHING except a free exchange on the RAW fish meal she was originally served. We finish our meals and waited some more. I finally had to get up and go to the kitchen and ask for the manager and my check. At this point we just wanted to leave. So they boxed her salmon we paid the bill and left. Between never receiving a popular menu drink item to being served raw fish, to an unresponsive/uncaring manager. this was an absolutely terrible experience. We are lucky that my mom ate very little of the raw fish and she didnt get sick. I am still in a state of shock that the manager left her sitting there without any food. Absolutely disgraceful.

My friend and I arrived during happy hour drink and food special times. Our waiter did not inform us of this, nor was there anything indicating so in our menus. I ordered a Philly cheese steak with mixed greens and my friend ordered a chicken cheese steak with fries. Our meals were brought to us by someone other than our server and the sides were mixed up, which would normally not be a huge deal. Ten minutes later we still had not seen our server and brought our glasses to the bar to get our own refills. Twenty minutes after that we STILL had not seen our server and went back to the bar to tell him which table we were and get our checks. After giving our cards for the separate meals they somehow managed to not only swipe the wrong cards for each meal, but they returned the slips to us so that we each got order total and charge slips that didnt even match. Needless to say, we settled the difference between ourselves because all hope was gone with that staff and I tipped them a cool $0.06 to round my total up to the nearest quarter. I sincerely hope that they were genuinely confused by the lack of tip due to being that oblivious to how terrible they were. EDIT: It has been about 6 months since my visit to this green turtle and I would just like to reaffirm that this is still and will likely always be the worst experience I have ever had with an entire waitstaff.

Lackluster, Cliché Restaurant. Upon arrival, there was no host at the podium to show us to a table. Waited for several minutes until someone arrived and seated us. There werent many patrons for that time of the night..yet service seemed slow, as there were only 2 ot 3 staff on duty at any one time on the floor. The floor was strangely sticky on the walk back to the table. We were seated and our drinks orders were taken. Server was friendly, and the drinks came promptly, in large glasses too. The appetizers came quickly as well...although after the food did come. Service seemed to die off. I finished my drink well before the food ran out and I was not offered a refill for 10 minutes, before someone took notice. Checkups after that were frequent and friendly, and the food was decent, although the price was a bit on the high side in relation to the quality. The TVs in every booth are a fantastic idea for a sports bar, and the idea is, by far, the restaurants top selling point. All in all, its a neat idea but there are definitely some bumps that need smoothing out. Probably wont go back unless reviews improve.

As a former bartender, I cannot comprehend why Annette treats her customers the way she does. Shortly after meeting some friends and sitting down at the bar we flagged her down for some shots. She asked us what we wanted and while stating that each of us wanted a different shot, she snapped "come on, all together." Some time after that, while we were outside for a smoke, a friend walked back in to order another shot, she notices that the bottle is almost empty and replies to him in obvious frustration "this is almost gone," as if he should have known and should have ordered something else. In addition, we expressed that we were unhappy with the quality of our food, and instead of asking what was wrong and if she could help us in anyway she insisted that we take a box with no regard for our disappointment. After waiting awhile for her to come back with our checks, she hastily stated "Im sorry, this other party has a $500 check," as though their time was more valuable then ours. Most disappointing experience Ive had anywhere in awhile. Annette may need a reminder that she is in customer service.

Where to start, the bartender was obviously flustered. He said that he and the manager on duty were the only staff on duty since 6pm. We showed up around 11:45pm. We asked if the kitchen was still open. He never went to the kitchen; instead went to bus a table in the dining room. So we sat at the bar. After about 10 min he still hadnt returned, so i went to go find him. He told me that the kitchen only offered fried things until 12:30. Fine. We odered with the manager that he sent over. Didnt see him again. He was busy cleaning. Sure. But was the worst thing was that our tab was $30 and we paid with $40. He took the money never came back assuming a 30% tip? Wow ok. Well he was busy cleaning the bar. If i had that much energy at 1am id be invensible. Just saying! Main point is, first and last time!
