This place is awful! I went there recently with a large group (13) and despite our organizer calling ahead weeks in advance, days in advance AND the morning of, they swore up and down that we didnt need a reservation and it would be fine. When we arrived the one table that wouldve fit our group was occupied by a family of 5 - meanwhile ALL of the booths surrounding it were empty. We asked about putting a couple other tables together and were told no because of fire code issues. We eventually ended up settling in the bar area at a table for 6 that we just squished around. It was trivia night and we were right next to the speakers which was unreasonably loud. Our waiter was very nice but kind of a mess. He confused our orders A LOT. Forgot to bring things we ordered. He tried, but it seemed like he was the only person in the whole area. After our group ate, NO ONE came to collect the plates for a good 20 minutes. Since it was a small table and a lot of people, I ended up taking 3 loads of plates to the bar to clear some space. When I did, the bartender began to chide me for bringing dirty dishes to the bar - but he stopped himself. Im glad he did because I wouldve been happy to share my opinions with him. Ive been a bartender and I would NEVER speak to a customer like that. But the main reason that I am writing this review is because I had a drink that was utterly foul. I have had bad drinks before but this was perhaps the worst Ive ever had. I ordered the blood orange margarita, as did 2 others at our table. And it tasted like a bucket of sweat!!! I thought maybe it wasnt mixed so I waited a bit and mixed it up and tasted it again. It was HORRIBLE!!! I finally called the waited over and told him that I COULD NOT drink it. He said, "No problem... but Im gonna have to take it away." ....

Unbelievably inept!!! Go in around 7PM on a Saturday night. Restaurant is fairly busy. Told 20 -30 mt wait, Said okay and chilled. Went to bathroom while waiting. There were 5 (4-4 seat & 1-2) tabletops open, waiting for someone to be seated in the front dining section. Asked hostess if the tables were being held for someone. She stated no, they were not seating people because the kitchen was slammed and couldnt handle it. They needed to give the kitchen time to catch up. I COULD NOT believe that response. After almost 10 more mts I advised that my party of two were thinking about leaving to go elsewhere. The second hostess didnt acknowledge me, she was busy reading her book on the host stand. I repeated it and got the response, "okay", with open tables for 20 plus minutes. OMG, incredible! Started to leave and realized I had responsibility to address to/with Mgr, as someone who runs a customer service business. I walked to the kitchen area and inquired of young man there, if Mgr was available. He (Milton) stated he was the Mgr. I explained and his response was not an apology or let me get you seated immediately, it was to tell me he didnt know why the hostess said what she did, he did not ask them to do so and that it was not accurate. He said he was going to talk to them. No apology, no offer to be seated at open table, was just letting food business walk away. He was advised other couple had already left while we were up front. UNPROFESSIONAL & INCOMPETENT beyond belief! We left and went to Glory Days. I called back to get info to share with corporate. As egregious as this was I needed to forward info to appropriate party. I spoke with Brian who stated he was the District Manager for the area. I shared what happened. He stated he had heard some of the info from others, but not everything was shared. I asked for upline, since obviously it does no good to have him address the multiple serious failures that are occurring under his stewardship. He apologized and said he didnt think it would be appropriate to provide the Director of Operation cell number to me directly. I confirmed it would not. I explained it would be appropriate for him to call the Director as the DM and ask that I be called back ASAP. He stated he was doing so as soon as he got off the phone. Today is Monday at 4 PM and I have not heard from anyone from The Greene Turtle. WOW.... talk about not carrying about customer service or company reputation. WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

I used to come in at least once a week and stopped because I dont work in the area anymore. Went last night to meet up with a friend and received the WORST service sitting at the bar. We got there at 730, well before the beer pong competition started and there were maybe 5 other people at the bar with 2 bartenders. Tara came over and introduced herself, didnt know what was on tap (not a big deal, they have a lot of different beers on tap) or what the beer of the month was. Took her 10 minutes to bring the beers and menus we asked for because Im assuming the conversation she was having at the other end of the bar was more important. After 30 minutes of walking past us 5 or 6 times, and us saying her name for our food order she finally acknowledged us and put it in. Fast forward 30 minutes and our food finally came (2 sandwiches, nothing crazy). Once she brought our food, she went and hung out at the register for another 20 minutes joking around with the other bartender. Finally she came over and grabbed our plates and COMPLETELY ignored our second beer request. It took her another 10 minutes to even notice that we maybe wanted another beer. I NEVER review any place, I hate giving negative reviews but as I said when I started typing this, I used to come here all the time. Last nights service was a complete joke. Tara is easily the worst bartender Ive had ANYWHERE, and so was the other one that was ignoring the people sitting next to us for 20 minutes. My friend and I could have and probably should have walked out on the tab. She probably wouldnt have noticed until last call or whenever she cashed out.
