Decided to give this a shot last Thursday (12/4/14) on a whim with the gf. Just wanted to pop in for a couple drinks as a nightcap after dinner at another local establishment. Upon entering, we sat at the main bar. One male bartender saw us, but decided to continue flirting with the belligerent 40-50 year old ladies next to us, whom both had full drinks. On the other side, the female bartender was locked into a conversation with two male patrons, with whom both ALSO had full drinks. After around 6 minutes of listening to these ridiculous conversations, ANOTHER bartender actually came over and asked us if we had already been served. Had she looked around a little bit, she would have noticed her other two bartenders were busy pumping their tip mongers, and we had no drinks in front of us. When we inquired about a beer list, they had none. We both ordered Rebel IPAs, BOTH of which were extremely flat. We tipped, left the beers on the bar, and left. will ABSOLUTELY never go back, and will recommend to everyone who inquires that they do not enter unless they want terrible service with warm beer at a premium.

My wife and I came in here at 6:50pm on a Friday night. The waitress greeted us within about 3 minutes of sitting down and told us we still had a few minutes to order drinks/apps on the happy hour menu. We thought this was pretty considerate of her. I ordered a white russian and found that it had almost no vodka in it. We decided to try a bunch of appetizers. They were all super bland and tasted like every other appetizer you might get at any other chain restaurant. We actually sent one back (meatballs) because it was so blah. One more than one occasion, the waitress forgot/took way too long to bring us some key piece of food/drink (e.g. chips/drink refill.). About half way through the meal, we both realized that this was basically a place for people whod like to drink and have a pretty wide variety of bland food to eat while drinking.

Greatly disappointed in my service. It took a good 7 minutes after being seated to be acknowledged. The waitress was completely scattered and bounced between tables while mid-sentence with me, and not just once! My daughters drink order was wrong and all she said was "really?" No apology was offered. While having our meal she never once offered a drink refill, until we were done of course. She lacked courtesy and professionalism. Not my first visit but definitely my last.

I had high hopes for this place. Unfortunately, it was horrible. Drinks - sure they have a good selection, but they are small and extremely overpriced. Apps - the pot pie soup may have been decent if it had not been cold, the spinach dip was the best part of the meal. Dinner - the steak sandwich that I had could have been made better at Charlies in the mall for half the price. Moral of the story this place was a huge let down.

Walked in there and was waiting for a minute even tho the man saw us he still kept telling to the lady already sitting at the bar then he finally asked what we wanted we sat at a table took him a while to come to table. He was rushing me with the order when I was asking him for prices of the drink so I hurried up ordered a drink and left from there. Service was terrible I will not be stepping my foot in there again.

Service... Depends on who is your server... You can have someone thats personable and talks to you or you can have someone thats dumber than a box of rocks... Beer while over priced even with happy hour prices some of the tap lines are ok while others are not. The food is generally good and would get again. Lets be honest youre going to Bar Louie for the environment and they do provide that.

Came in with my family tonight, there was no wait time. Our waiter seemed very unmotivated and lifeless. My husbands order was wrong, the fries were cold. The buffalo chicken flatbread was cold and they just threw scallions on top. Weve been here before and the food was much better. This will be our last visit to Bar Louie!!

Came in for lunch and everything was really slow. They water about 45 mins until we got food. They said they only had one cook and the manager was assisting. It was good just to slow when just trying to grab a bite for lunch

Just tonight went in with a group of friends.... got seated.... waited about 15 minutes - no one came to the table at all. Now were all eating at Moes next door. Not very busy either- strange...

There arent enough stars to rate our waitress, Monique... not only was she outstanding, she was, hands down, THE BEST WAITRESS we have EVER had! The food was delicious, great atmosphere!
