This locations customer service seems to be on something of a downward slope. My first trip was good, our server was polite and the food was good. This was, however, several months ago. My second experience with BWW was an online order placed in August that went completely wrong. Online orders print from a second register that sits next to their first register. They apparently dont use it often or even look in that direction because when we pulled in to get our order, they told us they hadnt even placed it yet. This means they hadnt looked a foot to their left in 30+ minutes to see if anyone had ordered anything online... They told us it would take 15 minutes to complete our order. 15 turned into 30. Whatever. We get home and I find that my wings are warm, at best, and none of the dressing we asked for was included. So we now have warm wings with no dressing to dip them in on top of the additional 30 minute wait. This was the first time I found myself miffed enough to actually voice my displeasure. We were told that wed receive gift certificates in the mail to make up for it. Its been 3+ weeks and we still havent received any gift certificates. Our most recent visit was just as bad. We were seated, handed a menu, and then promptly forgotten. After finally taking our order, a second person came over to take it again. At one point, we somehow ended up with 4 glasses of water... And when we were finished, we sat so long waiting for someone to bring our check that we had to grab another server to find our own server. And this was during a slow period; almost no one else was there. Im not sure whats going on with their servers these days but its a little concerning...

Im a current employee! Theyre more for turning profit than customer satisfaction since moving to the "new" building from the one in Southtown! They pretty much will hire friends of theirs, or anyone w/ pretty much NO food service background! Some of the food that they let out of the kitchen, personally if I were a paying customer, would send back because it looks thrown together! Besides the wing specials on Tues/Thurs, everything is overpriced here except for the water! I was a customer long b4 I got hired here, and I only got hired here as a last resort due to economy. I fell back on the food industry because its what I knew, is a temp job till something in my profession comes along. Now that I work here, I will never eat here again....

It was just OK. Everyone goes, I presume, for the wings. But the wings arent great. In fact we ordered 7 different foods to try from the menu (all from the appetizer menu) and the wings were one of the worst things. They were average. I can get average from a lot of places. Most of those places dont have the words "buffalo" and "wings" in the name of the establishment. We grabbed a nice tall IPA for a reasonable price because of happy hour. Thats the best thing I can say. Average food, average environment, average prices, average service. It was ... Whats the word Im looking for ... Average.

Terrible service. My husband and I came in at an odd time for lunch so the restaurant was pretty much empty. We were shown to our seats out on the deck and were promptly completely forgotten. There were 2 different waiters serving the 2 other diners on the deck and they never came over to us or even offered a "Well be right there!". After 20 minutes of zero service we decided to leave and there were at least 6-7 other employees just hanging out at the greeting station doing nothing who just ignored us as we walked out. We went to Chilis instead and were served promptly by a very attentive staff.

In the 5 or so times weve gotten takeout from BWW my friends and I have NEVER had a single good experience. In our latest attempt to let the chains Rochester location redeem itself we waited in the restaurant for OVER an hour because they got our order wrong. When we got home part of the order was still wrong and the wings were nearly ice-cold. This isnt the only time this has happened, in fact every time save once this place has gotten our order wrong. I know other locations are great, but this one is straight up terrible and not worth the hassle of going to.

Consistency is why Buffalo Wild Wings is so popular. Whatever you get, its going to be pretty good, every single time. Theyve got a large selection of sauces and seasonings, as well as a menu thats large enough to satisfy just about anyone looking for decent pub food. Its loud, louder at this location than many, and service was a touch slow, but it was good overall. Just be careful with how much you order; its possible to get a cheap meal, but it is VERY easy to spend much more than you want. Go here for good, consistent bar food.

Really need to learn how to clean and make it smell good instead of sitting down when your not that busy have someone clean the place . As soon as we walked in the stench was awful. Sat down at our table and the smell just lingered. Food was not fresh it was disgusting. I told my husband never again will I eat there. There is one BWW I will eat at and thats down in Horseheads. It was Clean food was fresh and friendly staff. Dont waste your time at this one. Better places to eat!!

Hostess was miserable, waitress was horrible and only checked on us once (was not busy at all) Strawberry lemonade was almost $4 with no refills. We ordered soft pretzels for an appetizer and it literally came out 2 mins before our dinner and the boneless wings were dry and hard. Best part of the meal was the soft pretzels. For a meal that cost us $50 I would of rather went to a steakhouse and had a real meal for that kind of money. Never again will I go there.

I placed an order of 200 wings ,they provided Excellent service and attention to detail .Wings tasted great,flavors was amazing and we are absolutely looking forward to ordering from this location again. Special thanks to Manager Rob for the help and the other staff that had everything prepared and ready to go when I arrived for the pick up.Did I mention the price was just right.Thank you again for the Excellent service and friendly atmosphere. .

If you want to stay healthy this is not the best place to go....the chicken was too cold and undercooked. My husband ended up vomiting all night after it...They really should cook the chicken more...I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone..They should show more concern for the customer instead of trying to rip them off..I do love buffalo wild wings but after this situation I am going to think twice about ever buying it again.

Sucks! Food amazing..but the young girls do not have respect. Just because I ordered food spent mean u have to disrespect me. Yes I heard you 4 talking about me 5 feet away hince. I reported you all to your head boss. The one lady who helped out standing job. Dont recommend going here because your disrespectful. Yet I went a second time and out waitress was amazing! Very friendly.
