Normally I do not frequent the BK at 3555 Gettysburg Rd., Camp Hill PA 17011. Usually I frequent the Harrisburg PA BKs but I just happened to by in the area. My favorite breakfast sandwich is the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Cresanwich (which was very good at this location). It took 12 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive up lane until I was pulling away. I did not receive a Good Morning, a Thank you or any other greeting. Did not even get a "hello" at the pickup window plus I was not issued a receipt. I can understand being under staffed as it is difficult to find "good" part time help but there is absolutely not excuse for not being courteous, especially to the people who will make your business profitable. Customer Service is vital in todays economy but just based on this visit to the Camp Hill BK, I cannot recommend this location. The people need moreetter training in Customer Service. Thank you.

I live very close to this BK. I always get friendly service, and hot, fresh food. There are times that I do have to wait for my sandwich to cook, but it always comes out fresh and hot, which I love. Also, they seem to make fresh fries to go with the sandwich, so when I get home, my fries are still delicious. I understand the other reviewers opinions, but I have to say, they food to me, is well worth the wait. As far as fast food in this area, it is better than The 2 Wendys, 3 McDonalds, Taco Bell, Arbys. If you live anywhere near here BK is the place to go, if you want hot/fresh food and are patient. If you are in a hurry, you may wanna try elsewhere. in my opinion, 5-6 minutes is still fast food :)

Waited 10 minutes for my food and they were not busy. An employee knocked a border piece on the floor that stops the food from coming forward and picked it right up and put it back on the shelf where the food goes right in front of the manager. And if they allow that to happen where the customers can see it, then what happens with you food in the back while their making it and you cant see it. The tables and seats were dirty and greasy looking. The mens bathroom floor was disgusting and when you lifted your feet, its like they were almost stuck to the floor.

The people are friendly, and sometimes you have to wait for your food, but my order is always correct and my food is fresh and hot. Customers can be way too judgy if asked to pull around and wait. Give the employees a break. How would you like to serve jerks all the time? And then have the turn around and give a crappy review. Life is too short to get bent over waiting for hot food.

I have never ever placed an order at the drive thru at this Burger King location where I have not been forced to pull forward and wait for something... and its usually something really basic like fries or a plain cheeseburger that Im waiting for! I definitely would not recommend this place, especially if youre hoping for FAST food because your experience will be anything but fast!
