Awful! The shift-leader, Tori, is one of the rudest people I have ever met!! First experience I had with her, I had taken my 12 year old daughter to get ice cream and while we are ordering she is making fat jokes about herself to my daughter??? Totally inappropriate!!! Second experience I had with her, I took my daughter and her friend there. The advertisement for pricing is pretty much invisible so I was standing there trying to figure out the cost for a small ice cream. She stared at me for a good 3 mins while I was struggling to figure out the cost and then pointed to a sign on the wall saying "its right here. . . " Which only listed the price for a kids scoop. The cost was so pricy for a kids ($4.49) I decided to just go with that. When she handed the cup to my daughter ( which was the size of a Dixie cup ) she obviously was disappointed so I handed it back to Tori and kindly asked if she could upgrade it to a small for we didnt realize the were so small. She took the cup from me while rolling her eyes and said " I guess " I then asked her if that was a problem (cause clearly by her attitude it was) she then said " no, Ill get it" in a rude sarcastic tone and proceeded to boss her co- worker around in a aggressive power trip manner. I told her she was being rude and will have no satisfaction with customer service acting that way. She shrugged her shoulders and clearly did not care. To top it off, she is a hot mess in appearance. She is sloppy looking. Her clothes are all dirty and her hair was very greasy. I can say that after this experience I will definitely not be returning here!!!

The ice cream is delicious, but the manager/owner is a d-bag. I just left the store and it took everything in me to continue having a pleasant attitude with him. There was an employee waiting to clock in, and he was pissy to her about where she was allowed to stand so people didnt get the wrong idea about if she was working or being lazy. She then said she was instructed to not sit at the tables when people were in the store, to which the man replied "Only if youre working, and you obviously arent". Then she walked around the counter, stood by a table, and walked back around and clocked in. She was kind enough to check me out, since I had three orders to go, taking ice cream to the hospital so we could celebrate my husbands birthday with his sister whos currently in the hospital. Then the man fussed at her IN FRONT OF US, about whether or not she should have done it or let the man do it himself. Even putting aside how he treated his employee in front of customers, I wouldnt come back. I asked for to-go lids, so I could put the ice cream in the cooler I had waiting in the car (hospital, remember?), and he then said that he recommends eating it in the store. Well, yeah, Id prefer to eat it right now too, but I cant. He then proceeds to lecture me about how Im lucky he even has lids because he may not have had them if it had been summer (its not summer, its barely spring), and if we wanted to go ice cream, we shouldve just got a pint or quart. This man is a complete and total arse, and I refuse to visit and give him my money a second time.

Tried to go into this place and it was closed. The sign on the door with their hrs is clearly different than the hrs they operate by. The fact that their lights were still on was a sign to me that theyre still open for business, the girl who works there came back out to the front and when she saw us, she ran to the back then came back moments later and said theyre close by showing signs. If you really want to catch this place in operational hours come 2-3 hours of their posted sign on their doors.

Have had an issue with a finger print being in my cake since February. Left a voicemail with the owner, left a phone. Umber my boyfriend left a phone number and we have been in several times since then to no avail. No response nothing until today where over the phone I was told he does not like being pestered! Would give negative stars if allowed

The ice cream is good, its a Coldstone knock-off, but the teenagers working there are the absolute worst. Rude, grumpy people behind the counter and a guy leaning back in a chair loudly cursing while my kids pick out ice cream. Thanks guy.
