Extremely negative experience. Visited 7/23. The blenders to make milkshakes were completely broken, there were no "small" cups for ice cream, and the bathrooms were dirty/broken and no water. The staff said that plumbers were working in the building and had shut off the water supply, which is a health code violation and the business should have closed for the day. I hope they can turn around and improve, because it is in a good location and the employees work hard.

I have been to this location several times over the past few weeks and they cant seem to make milkshakes or blasts because the blenders are always broken. I think they arw just lazy and dont want to do it. 5 weeks and blenders are still broken! I wont be back thats for sure!
