Went here for the first time tonight and loved the ice cream but really disliked the service. I was literally rushed through the line by the two ladies serving ice cream and barely had time to look at the flavors. I finally rushed to pick a flavor and asked for one scoop in a come and was automatically cut off by the lady who was serving me as she told me in a very rude time "were outta cones!" .. so I took the cup. As I was ordering my friend was having a conversation about the flavors and was VERY rudley interrupted by the other lady who cut him off multiple times "I can help you! I can help whos next! Have you been helped?!" without even taking a breath in between the questions! He politely replied and she went on to my other friend to ask the same questions rushing all of us through. I felt like I was doing something wrong by just being in the line and reading the different flavors. I definitely felt like I somehow bothered the staff by simply trying to look at the flavors and asking for a cone. The ice cream I picked was yummy, but the service put a huge damper on my night. The cashier was a young man who was the most polite and friendly put of everyone. FIX YOUR STAFF I cant believe those ladies work in customer service with those horrible attitudes and impatience.

Really enjoyed my visit here! The space is much larger than your average ice cream shop which helps with larger groups. Decorations were simple and school themed which is perfectly fine because that allows more focus on whats important - the ice cream. They had several flavors (unique and vegan friendly) which you could sample prior to selecting your number of scoops, flavors, and toppings. I had the Thai tea which was absolutely delicious; it was a little on the sweeter side but I usually have a preference for less sweets. Even then, the flavor was top notch and I finished everything. Also, the decorated a wall with themed art for sale. Makes sense as we were in the art district. I am definitely looking forward to visiting again!

Went there bc. i just recently became vegan and noticed they had vegan ice cream, so i try the two flavors they have and i feel my throat begin to feel swollen and itchy so i ask the lady what was it made out of and she says"Coconut milk & Cashew milk, why can you not have it?" mind you i have already sampled the two flavors and she says this with no concern for my well being so my mom and i had to run down Broad st. to Rite Aid for benadryl and i had to go to the E.R that night so, let it be known they dont warn anyone about the cashew milk or the use of nuts in the ice cream, being that so many people are allergic you would think they would be more cautious

I love the unique flavors as well as comforting flavors they come up with in their ice cream. I think their waffle cones are one of the best Ive ever had. They are made fresh and are homemade! Ive seen some people order floats with Cheerwine. I cant wait to try one of those. They let you sample, which is nice especially when they come up with unique flavors like Golden Milk or Cereal Milk. The atmosphere is refreshing and bright. The staff is always friendly as well! They have a decent amount of seating inside. Im hoping they add more for those busy seasons and hours. I cant wait to go back!

Although it looks like a library or an art school or something else, the ice cream here was delicious! I had the one with the jam and the marshmallow on top, which they used the flame on. The handmade cone doesnt cost anything extra, and was tasty. I also adore their cereal milk ice cream flavor, which is unique and like vanilla but more awesome and yum. We had this place right after a gelato place haha but it was amazing.

It was adorable in all its detail and lots of sitting room. The flavors were intensly delicious! Im not vegan and tried a couple of flavors but their vegan Thai ice tea has me thinking about it 3 days later. I got cardamom when I was there but Im going back for Thai ice tea with a roasted marshmallow top. Also, they have gender neutral bathrooms.

Wonderful folks. Delicious ice cream! Theres currently 2 vegan options, with plans of having 4 consistently on the menu! The dairy options are wonderful, as I had 3 different flavors during my first visit - cereal milk, mint chocolate crisp and molasses with ginger cookie dough, but Im looking forward to enjoying something other than the status quo.

Great Ice Cream and atmosphere! I had a double scoop of peanut butter swirl and chocolate hazelnut and definitley enjoyed it. Vegan and environmentally friendly options are available as well as fun topping choices such as toasted marshmallow. Seating was sparse and I personally find the school theme a tad strange but I would definitely recommend!

Great selection of unique flavors, they had cereal milk, orange cardamom, lemon poppyseed, mint chocolate crisp, vegan mint chocolate, cookies and cream, peanut butter fudge, just to name a few! You can also get toasted marshmallow as a topping! The decorations are a bit meh, but the staff was very friendly and ice cream was delicious.

Smelled amazing! My friends all enjoyed their flavors! I was sad I didnt get to try any. I was excited for the vegan (milk allergy), but they are all, unfortunately, made with coconut, which Im allergic to. Brought some home for my husband to try though. Maybe they can do an almond/cashew based flavor in the future.

Just visited here today 5/23/17 and had a 2 scoop milk chocolate and toast and jam. Both very good. You even get the "toast" element! Literally tastes like it. The milk chocolate gives me a more of a hot chocolate feel....and its great! And i dont like chocolate ice cream lol cute cozy ice cream shop!

A good selection of unique and ordinary flavors of ice cream - all delicious. They even have a few vegan ice creams available - I tried the vegan chocolate and it is very good, and very rich! We had sundaes and I had mine topped with toasted fluff - so good!

Delicious ice cream worth the stop. They have some very unique and different flavors that are good and worth sampling. They also have the common flavors too just in case youre not that adventurous. Very hip ice cream shop and very friendly staff.

The golden milk ice cream covered in caramel sauce was the best thing Ive ever tasted. Seriously. I was shocked. Please go to this place if you would like your head exploded and to experience a minor existential crisis after.

Ok ice cream & atmosphere in a dark struggling neighborhood surrounded by empty storefronts. Obnoxious staff with ear splitting music designed to chase customers out at closing time. One star rating is generous.

Charm school ice cream is some of the best ice cream Ive ever had! The shop had the coolest vibes and flavors to die for. Their homemade toppings and ice cream cones are the icing on the cake, so to speak.

Really enjoyed this ice cream after a dinner at Graffiatos. My wife had the latte ice cream and I had the cinnamon toast crunch ice cream. They were both great and we loved the homemade waffle cones.
