The few times Ive been here I havent had horrible experiences, though this particular location nearly always gets the order wrong. Today, we wanted to get a couple, simple ice cream cones. We stood at the register where one of the employees told us to wait for a minute. That was fine. Having worked at a food place myself once, I get that it can be busy. For the next 5-10 minutes we stood there while the two employees filled orders at the drive thru window. Apparently their computer system had gone down, but they didnt once mention anything to us. They would just look at us and ignore that we were there until we asked them what was going on. This is absolutely no way to treat a customer. If your system is down, say something and at least try to give a time frame so your customers arent standing at your register for an indefinite period of time. I will not be back to this location.

Workers were allowing friends to cut line, they waited on two of us (there were 5 of us), then seemed to have forgotten about the rest of us. One ice cream order was wrong, two were put on stale and crumbly cones. I managed to ask for a cup before mine fell apart since the ice cream wasnt even sitting on the cone, but kind of rolling around. My husbands cone completely crumbled before he could even taste it, and went everywhere. Employee offered a discount for the ice cream (not a replacement), and said next rime dont come so close to closing time.

Ive been ripped off by this place countless times. Yet, the reason why i still go back here is still unknown to me. I guess its my fault, since i keep coming back for more slaps in the face. Examples of these ripoffs would be: getting charged for a double scoop when i got a single scoop, getting charged for extra invisible donuts, charging my card full price for ice cream when i gave them some cash up front. I dont recommend this place, because youll most likely get ripped off.

I asked about a flavor and was told they had it. I began placing an order for a cake over the phone with the same person while some lady was yelling in the background, "Im busy." When I told him the flavor I wanted he said he didnt carry it with an attitude. I said he could cancel the order and before I could ask anything else he Hung up in my face. Customer service has gone to hell. Im a server and if I ever acted like that Id be fired. I definitely will never go here.

This place is horrendous I am shocked they are still in business. The cones are stale, you cant read any of the ice cream flavors on the drive through sign because the text is too small, and they just tried to overcharge my husband.

Great ice cream; but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. I got the feeling that our server just wanted us to go away. Not nice at all.
