This is one of the best designed Ice Cream Shops Ive ever been to, at least for a chain. I absolutely love all the decor. The covers for the lights hanging from the ceiling have sprinkles on them. There are jars of candy hanging from the ceiling. The front of the counter is filled with M&Ms and Reeses Pieces. Theres lots of bold colors (one of the walls has thick stripes). The decor is so cool I went inside the restroom even through I didnt have to go, because I thought the restroom would look just as cool. It didnt. Neither did the ice cream. When I arrived to the shop at 12 pm on a Tuesday afternoon, half of the ice cream containers were nearly empty, with nothing but scraps stuck to the sides of the containers. Your store opens at 11, and there is no way you can make me believe you sold out of those flavors in 1 hour, especially on a Tuesday afternoon, when no one is in Rockville Town Square. I understand if you dont want to make new product when you know it wont sell for a few hours (or a few days, if weekends are your only busy time) but cant you at least wash the container out, and even out the remaining ice cream so it looks a little more visually appealing? Does your store have no visual product standards? And since ice cream is good for a long time, why cant you fill up the container, even when its slow? I didnt think it was possible to make ice cream look bad (wait, actually Haagen Dazs does that all the time) but the ice cream here looked pretty bad. The ice cream itself was good, though the pretzels werent as good, and I probably would have given this place 4 stars if it wasnt for the presentation of the ice cream. For the record I ordered Sweet Cream mixed with chocolate covered pretzels.

We make efforts to stop at this shop above any other ice cream parlors. The atmosphere is always cheerful, employees helpful and courteous even with excited children hopping about (its ice cream, who ISNT excited?!) and the environment is consistently clean and maintained. There are very few eateries I feel less stressed upon entering--especially with sugar involved--but thanks to the great work by cheerful staff, I honestly enjoy myself in this shop.

The ice cream is only average and it probably would be better if toppings were added but the prices for this place is already ridiculous without the extra cost for a sprinkle of chocolate chips. The staff is normally high school students from the local high school down the street so service is only okay. Half the time when I walk past they seem like theyre playing around inside whenever its empty.

The ice cream at this location was good, however the staff was uninviting and rude. Felt unwanted from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The girl attending us was very short and rushed us through the process. Im not knocking the business at all since the ice cream was good, but the service you receive is also a huge part of it which makes me never want to come to this location again.

Ice cream and milkshakes are great but their ice cream cupcakes are their best kept secret. They always have them in the freezer in the lobby and theyre a big hit whenever you need to bring a desert somewhere!

Marble slab has massive portion sizes. I reccomend a kids for a light snack, and a medium for sharing with someone else. The toppings are unlimited, and caramel/fudge is free as well.
