Came with my husband to this Pizza Hut and the waiter we had Jacob was awesome!! The manager needs to be retrained or find new employment that doesnt deal with customer service. We could hear her yell at her employees from the dining room and snapped her fingers at them. The lady in the booth behind us mentioned how rude she was to a waitress..We mentioned how we felt Jacob was one of the best waitress weve had and she was a smartass about it... Higher management needs to step in and find a new manager who treats the employees with dignity and respect!!!

We have yet to have a positive experience with this Pizza Hut and their delivery. Not only does it take forever, its been delivered cold (nothing says yum like congealed cold cheese) and most recently the crust was still doughy and not done. Every once in awhile though I just really want a Pizza Hut Supreme. However, since living here, Ive regretted it each time as it has been a disappointment every time.

I had ordered from this location one evening and the food was great, I have no complaints there. My serious issue is that the driver who delivered my food decided to write himself a $5 tip on the receipt after I had already given him a cash tip. Not sure how this happened because I put a line through the tip section of the receipt. Easy to say that Im not ordering from this location again

I hadnt been back to Pizza Hut since high school and recently came with my kids twice within the last month and both times the service was terrible. We were sat quickly but waited 15 min before anyone even approached us and we had to ask the server if anyone was planning to help. We got our own menus and kids coloring stuff. Super under staffed. Would not go again.

Only giving 1 star because it wont let me give a 0. This location is messed up and gives you a pizza with 4 huge slices and then 4 tiny slices. The manager was all giggles when we were trying to explain to him and very unprofessional and didnt even try to help the situation. I will never give them my business again.

I am not a fan of thick crust pizza. My wife loves it so we went to lunch after church. There were flies and very few customers. The pizza was very heavy and greasy. The Hawaiian pizza had green peppers on it which was odd. The server was good.

Great customer service and the food was amazing. The only thing that I didnt like is I asked for no sausage and they still out sausage on the pizza. Other then that it was a very good experience. Will definitely return!

Slow service, our appetizer didnt come until after our main items, and only after we reminded our server. It was cold and dry. Pizza has old tasting tomatoes on it, sort of sour. Not a good visit for us.

Ordered a thin and crispy pizza. Got it home and it was thick, chewy, and not fully cooked. It was doughy and had an unpleasant heavy taste. Definitely Not Recommended.

Service was horrible! I was told 10 to 15 minutes. Waited 30 minutes only to find out my pizza was waiting in the heat box for 15 minutes. Wont go there again
