Its wayyy better just calling papa Johns! This has been the worst Pizza Hut in PIZZA HUT History!!! Never in my life Ive been treated with so much hate and disrespect. I ordered 3 times from this place and all 3 has been a bad experience!! Delivery took over 2hours!!!! Always something new, They have no drivers, system is down, manager not in the store, No way I can get in contact with the GM etc. always with excuses!! its like they dont like their job or something! Pizza not at the best quality like other locations. Pizza always arrives cold and cheese all hard! This makes me angry because my kids love pizzahut, specially stuffed crust pizza! If anyone reading this just please take my advice and Oder other pizza carriers! This is really unprofessional!!!!!!!! So mad that I didnt even spell right!! Smfh

I have always had a great experience here until the other day I ordered cheese sticks and wings Thursday and there was a long blonde hair in my food, after throwing up I called to let them know and the manager Pat kept saying over and over we dont have anyone here with blonde hair, her tone was very accusative. I explain that Im there all the time and have no reason to lie. I was going to let it go until I found out that they only gave me half my money back. I really did not care about the money but there willingness to half way resolve this is almost as disgusting as their good. Then I tried to speak with Emily the other manager and she had an attitude as well. I am never eating here again. Bad food and worse service.

OMG...what a terrible pizza...I am sure the owner is purely in business of making easy money....the smell of the store itself made me wonder if I am good placing order for two pizzas...and I did. After I reached home, I see that the dough has been kind of fermented or stale, the crust felt flaky and light like a bread...taste was awful....couldnt eat the pizza....we trashed them right away. What a waste of money and makes me wonder if it was a real Pizza hut...the appearance of the store makes me wonder Pizza Hut corporation is sinking which was not I felt about PH before...

Unfortunately I experienced poor customer service at 11am 5-19-16 do to the fact that the woman I tried to place my order with came to work with a attitude already, So she was very unprofessional and her customer service skills were horrible if it wasnt for the the male coworker kindly stepping in and taking control of the situation I wouldnt have eating here at all, but I love pizza in general but its just a shame when people arent happy at their jobs or great full to have one and they bring negativity to the work place.

Worst experience EVER. I ve been a pizza hut customer for over 10 years but they definitely lost me today. 1 h 20 for delivery to my pregnant me. no apologies. the operator even tried to put the blame on me. I m not even talking about the male chauvinist driver who barely listened to me, look at my husband and said I wanna talk to the man! OOOhhhh really? It is truly outrageous that pizza hut hires people like that

i gave a one because i had to give something. un-professional and slow. my order was for 7:45 and my food wasnt ready yet. then they had a meltdown in the back and everyone was screaming and crying and cursing. DONT COME HERE
