*scroll to the end for a condensed review* Im only giving this establishment 1 star because I HAVE to. I was done with this place years ago but now I will NEVER spend another cent. The cooks are lazy and throw crappy pizzas together cutting them any type of way and the cashiers SEVERELY lack customer service . I ordered a PAN pizza , half cheese/ half veggie lovers. What should have been an easy order turned out to be a disaster. Upon arriving home, the pizza did not taste like pan, rather a hand tossed pizza (which I hate, hence why I didnt order it ) First off, as a former pizza hut employee, the pizza was not 100% proofed which means the dough isnt as high and fluffy as it should be giving it a different look and taste . In addition, my half cheese , half veggie lovers was not that. Whoever made it needs to take a third grade math clas. And Isnt it protocol for you all to open the pizza box and check the order before the customer leaves ? Well no one did that and had they done their job, I would have never paid for it. I sent my husband back for a remake and the manager Lindsay was absolutely USELESS. If you need to call your supervisor over a $7 pizza then you dont need to be in any type of authority position. EVEN SOMEONE WHO WORKED THERE SAID TO MY HUSBAND THAT OUR PIZZA WAS NOT 100% PROOFED AND SHE WOULD NOT EAT IT. HELLO?! After speaking with the manager Lindsay letting her know I was a customer of YEARS, pregnant , hungry and dissatisfied she still was no help whatsoever and would not remake my pizza. I told her OK fine, and requested a refund. She declined to do that as well. So in the end , I have a pizza that was incorrectly and nothing to show for it. ** If you like great/ well prepared pizza and great customer service , this place is NOT for you so dont waste your time or your money**

I have had issues the past three times I ordered from this location. The first, I had a pick-up order that had been burnt when I arrived so I had to wait in the store while they made a new pizza. Not so bad, so I order here again for delivery at a later date and the pizza takes double the estimated time to arrive. I wasnt given any notice that my food would be late or offered any apology for the wait. I tried one more time today and again my pizza arrived much later (40 minutes) longer than the scheduled arrival. This time I called the store after it was 20 minutes late and the woman who answers tells me it was sent out the door on time, so basically it took 40 minutes for the pizza to get delivered from the store to my house. Needless to say the pizza was not hot when it arrived, and the toppings were burnt. I would not recommend ordering from this location.

tried to take my money and not give me my food. so I get there, walk in and pay for it.. guy tells me its gonna be about 5mins before its ready.. I tell him Im gonna go out and Ill be back in 5 mins. time goes by, I walk back in. guy greets me with an attitude. "whats wrong with your order" I reply, I havent picked it up. he argues with me for a good 2 minutes insisting that I picked it up already. after I start getting nasty back he asks for my receipt. I walk out to get it and he follows. "yo....yo.....my bad....it was another white guy in a black shirt.." instead of arguing with me and creating a scene especially when 3 people also waiting for food say I didnt get it.. give me my food.

The service sucks. I ordered online then called to verify my order and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Once I got you the store...still on hold mind you the cashier kept questioning me about my order. Then I waited another 25mins for my order to be Input through the oven to make sure it was done because it wasnt on my last experience. Oh yea and I was questioned about whether or not I had paid, they are stingy with the plates napkins and condiments they provide and just overall disorganized and despite me asking to send the pizza through twice my dough was still soggy in the middle and the crust was light so I dont think it went through twice ...awful ugh!!!!!!

So me and some friends order some pizza and they said 25 minutes but didnt come until an hour an a half and didnt have any change to give us.. the pizza was cold and he came in my house and snatched the pizza from us and just left.. I advise not to order from this Pizza Hut. We also called the manager and he didnt give any offers saying "leave a 50 DOLLAR BILL with his delivery driver and he should bring your change back". That is not right and so unprofessional. Would you really leave 50 dollars with a delivery driver and wait for him to finish his deliveries give you your change back? Nah fam.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Called in my simple order was given a 58min delivery time, which is ridiculous. Then of course it didnt come so I called and got passed around to the rudest, non service oriented people, one of which is apparently the manager. This location just needs to close. Its horribly run and none of the employees really seem to give a crap they have a job. I will be calling corporate offices as well. I can not believe how terrible the service was. Dont waste your time or money.

One of their drivers cut me off while driving over 50mph turning right onto Frederick Road from Nunnery Lane. He was all over the road, and posed an immediate risk to people around him. We went to the store immediately to complain, and he actually had removed the pizza hut light and tried to sneak into the lot without us noticing. He STILL works there, even though his driving proves his complete disregard for the safety of this community.

I love pizza hut but the experience at this particular location has a lot of moments when they take forever to make the food you order. They give you a time, ex:25 mins, and it turns into 1 hour wait. If you call in an order, they still take forever, so you wait when you arrive at the store. This is my closest location for me. So, I deal with them not as often as I would love to. I do love the food though.

THe people that work here have no value for the product. Pizza was warm not hot like it suppose to be. THe driver was smoking in the car and did not have a sign on the car. I needed them to call because I cannot hear the door and they never did. The pizza looked like it was made by a 10 year old child. I seem like people how work here just want to collect a pay check and go hame. nobody want to work.

I pre-ordered my pizza online a few minutes prior to them opening. They were scheduled to open at 11:00 am. My delivery time was set for noon. Although pre-ordered, the order was still late and I am only 1.1 miles away (a 3 minute drive). The spinach on my pizza was raw and not cooked. Its a good thing that I like it that way as well. I just didnt expect it.
