Complete incompetence. Location less than 15 minutes away and they wont deliver there. Literally 6.4 miles out. Three different people "checked the system" to see if the address came up instead of just taking down the address like every other pizza place and delivering. I could understand a half hour. I could maybe, but not really understand 20 minutes. But 6.4 miles? Thats 12 minutes. No common sense, just the bottom of the barrel people. Whatever minimum wage theyre earning is too much.

My sister and I visit PH in Elkton MD about 2 a month, and its been great for each and every visit over the past year or so. We have a good time sitting by the fireplace while having a good meal. Service for us has always been top notch. When we go again I plan to get the servers names so we can say thanks, and kudos all.

Ordered to go, love the grilled chicken salad with creamy Italian dressing, mostly because the creamy Italian they have is amazing, but a salad without dressing is not good. The manager didnt do anything about my dressing missing from my to go order. I didnt pay almost $10 for a salad to not have dressing :/

As is the case with Elkton and a lot of national food chains this is one of the worst pizza huts around. The pizza is usually dry with hardly any sauce. The service is terrible, the employees there dont care about their jobs or customers at all.

Welcomed w a smile and warm greeting. Seated immediately and the service we received from Dakota and staff was excellent from the moment we walked in to the food service and our exit! We were pleasantly surprised and will Definitely return!

The service is great, the food is always wonderful, but the employees are as well. The one time we went for a sit in dinner we had such a great time with the waiters. Theyre great people who are friendly and good at their jobs.

Called in for a delivery order and the cashier had very poor customer service skills and very bad attitude. Made me cancel my order and I love pizza. But no business gets my hard earned money treating customers like that

Took my order and I was out the door with 2 tasty pizzas in 20min. Cost higher than in PA but not more than dinner for two and a tip... and we have leftovers!
