This place needs to be shut down permanently. I walk in to place a order for take out, and right away notice a workers girlfriend rolling silverware while her son plays and runs around the store while sitting with the worker. After he stared at me for 15 seconds he says (what you need). Really! Then i go to order and he says i need to see if we have anything available. While hes looking or whatever hes doing the girlfriend takes customers cheese sticks and takes over to her son asking if he wanted any, then she put the order back and had one of there buddies make her some and obviously free. He comes back and says they do and its being made by the guy that was just outside smoking cigarettes, no gloves, and didnt wash his hands. While im standing here waiting, a guy comes in for his take out that was supposed to be done 15 minutes ago and its going to be another 15 minutes. This place has been my pizza hut since i was a child and i have even drove from Maryland to eat at this one. After today, i will never step foot in this one again. This store stinks, everything is sticky and i can only imagine the kitchen behind scenes or the bathrooms. Pizza hut, you should be ashamed to have your name on something so nasty and dirty. And lastly a guy just picked up a take out order and he was double charged, and i noticed a worker, another smoker soaked with sweat from standing out side smoking, takes both hands and scratches his head multiple times and wipes the sweat off his head and face and starts making pizza with no gloves or cleaning his hands. I signed my receipt with a magic marker because apparently customers steal pens from what i was told. . I literally almost threw up! WTF!!!! Pizza hut.

I cant believe this place is still open. Constantly give this location the benefit of the doubt. Thinking maybe its improved this time. But of course not. Placed an order online 35 mins before I went to pick up it. Got there 35 mins later and it was chaos. The lady told me it wasnt ready. Saw a guy in the bag with his pants down his butt. This guy had his hands in his pants !! While proceeding to cut the food and licking his fingers after he is finished! Silly me , still decided to wait for the food since i was already here. On top of the 35 mins I took to get there. I waited an additional 15 in the store with my food stfill not ready. After seeing too much I decided to leave.BEWARE!!! Dont waste your time at this place.slow service ,dirty location,nasty workers. They need new management asap !

This place is purely despicable! My waiter brought me all the wrong food from what i had ordered, brought my pizza completely burnt, the waiter was on his phone running around outside in the parking lot and never paid attention to me and i was the only person in there. I was seriously two seconds from running out on the bill which isnt like me. Food was horrible, all employees were in there joking around. Place was filthy with food everywhere on the ground. This was my second time going there as my first experience was the same as this time. I just figured id give it a second chance but after my visit today, this will be my last!!!! These owners oughta fire every employee at this joint and rehire new ones. Never again!!!!

Very rude and terrible customer service! The woman who answered the phone at 420pm 2/24/2012 refused to make my pizza half/half! After i told her that i always order from the store-and exactly the same order, she still refused! I would have paid extra even. When i told her she is loosing a faithful customer to the pizza hut near main st. the rude child hung up on me! What happened to the customer always being right? To add insult to injury, upon calling back and speaking with a manager (elaine) she basically backed her employee up! Lets see how corporate feels about customer service because this store clearly needs a refresher course! WORST pizza hut cust. Service i have ever experienced, will gladly take my money elsewhere.

Ordered and was told 1/2 hour. After waiting for an hour I called and was told they dont have my order. Called the call center and was told it was out for delivery. Called this store back and was told it was in fact out for delivery. Finally after 1 1/4 hour the pizza arrives cold and not what I ordered. Called back to have the driver bring my money back and was told Id have to drive to the store. Told the call center I was going to leave a bad review and was told have a nice day and they hung up on me. Are you reading this Pittsburg call center? You simply suck. The store was dirty and the staff was indifferent. The driver was nice and he still got a tip but Ill never order from here again.

If I could give 0 /5 stars I would. Worst experience dealing with a pizza delivery service ever. Called in pizza for delivery at 6:00. At 7:30, pizza still had not arrived. My husband called in and asked what was going on, and the person he spoke to stated that the delivery person just left the store. By 8pm the pizza had still not arrived, so I called in. The person I spoke to stated that the pizza was still at the store and leaving that moment. So whomever my husband spoke to flat out lied about the delivery. We ended up cancelling our order. A 2 hour wait for delivery? Come on-worst customer service ever! Will NOT be ordering from here again.

Ordered a pizza at 7:16, 8:30 I call, no answer. 8:44 I call, no answer, get routed to call center. They say my order will be free. Still nothing. 9:20 I call, get routed to call center again. They call branch to find out whats going on, I get blind transfered to the Manager of the branch who rudely says she had called me several times because they didnt have the crust I ordered. I had received nothing. We verify my phone number and I tell her I would like my order cancled and she hung up on me. I wont be ordering from them again. My order has been wrong multiple times in the past and the food is pretty mediocre. Not worth dealing with that b.s.

When we entered we waited about 10 minutes, then a gentleman seated us in a booth that was very dirty. I asked if we could please sit somewhere else. We were moved to a table that was very sticky and not very clean. We were not given menus we were told that we had to order the buffet. I told them my grandsons did not want the buffet they both wanted cheesy bread sticks, he said okay but your having buffet. The salad in the buffet was so brown it was not fit to eat. I told the waiter but he was to busy on his cell phone to care.At this point we got up and left. I will never go to this establishment again. Dirty everywhere!
