First I called and wanted to order the TV special .....$6.99 whatever you want on it.....The guy who answered the phone told me "pickup only".WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I called back and talked to someone else (I will not mention this persons name) and she apologized. She said she would give me a good deal....and it was IF the driver could actually find the development! I told them at the store $6.00 tip for the driver...$11.00 delivered to the door. THIS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really like Pizza Hut pan pizza, better than anyone elses......too bad the driver was in outer space! The driver first said I live in a nursing home! HUH? Earth to driver....I told the driver I would be downstairs waiting for it...No extra $5.00 for you. I made it pretty easy to deliver this....WTF?n You can make it up to me with one pizza a week for a year.

This is fast food but, it is still a service based industry. Why does there have to be rude employees up front? I ordered online, went to pick up my order and the girl asked my name four times, I speak clear English, so why does she get an additude when after the forth time she told me my name was Kevin? Chris and Kevin sound nothing alike. After that she continued to ask me to pay for someone elses order stating that they dont make pasta. Educate your staff on your menu and manners. If they hate their job so much its time to separate the employment relationship that isnt well established.

Was calling on line and ask to pay over phone he sounded eriteated that I ask that was rushing me over the phon his name was David and was rude to me if I can pay a tip over the phon then hung up on me. Driver get to where I am and I sine the slip and he goes (their a spot for you to put a tip) all rude and I was going to over the phon and I was going to say heir my tip have a great day but I a good portion and put 5 so so far it was good but now I ording when I go in so I can see them make my food not over phone

We made an online order which was scheduled for a particular pick up time. When we arrived to pickup, we paid our bill, then we were told that we needed to wait 25 mins. Somehow they had only one oven working and had 17 pizzas ahead of us. I wish they could have sent us a message about their delay and even adjust the pickup times accordingly! A very poorly handled situation in todays hi-speed information age!!

This Pizza Hut is fantastic. The pizza is always hot, always fresh and Every worker is friendly. I know its odd to recommend a chain store, but Id highly recommend this Pizza Hut. Its truly good and tastes better than the regular pizza shops in the area. Whoever runs the store deserved accolades.

Great food for pick-up only. The charge a delivery fee and the driver does not receive the whole fee.. Yet they except the driver to pay for gas,insurance and repair and the company make a profit on the charge for doing nothing.. Charging a delivery change most people tip less..

Got BBQ bone in wings- wings were red on the inside, when they delivery new ones to me the delivery guy said to me when I was showing him the wings " I dont care, they dont pay me enough to care" Never had an issue with Pizza hut until now.

Normally this place is legit. Drivers are always really nice. Just dont order thin crust pizza, tastes like its been sitting in an oven for a week, all the manager said was that she makes it fresh lol doesnt change the fact that its cold.
