Our experience this time was EXACTLY what it should be. Delicious hot food, served quickly, with great customer service. Our waitress Meghan, was pleasant, and efficient, and full of smiles. The restaurant was almost empty for a Sunday at lunch time, and this particular store has had a reputation for slow and below average service, even when not busy. A few more servers like Meghan would go a LONG WAY toward fixing that, in my book. Management, ARE YOU LISTENING? I love Pizza Hut, and we used to come to this store twice a month. For the last few years though, maybe once a year, and with dissapointment. This time was great, and will encourage me to come back again, at least once. Then, its on you to keep up the good service so I WANT to come back, and tell others it is OK to come here again. PLEASE make that happen.

Manager was unprofessional and horribly rude. First employee helping us (very nice but incompetent) couldnt complete our order, which was not difficult, so manager had to step in. Tried to finish talking to the employee since he had started our order and the manager told us in a nasty tone "do not talk to him Im the one in front of you not him". She degraded her employees while talking to us, loudly so that they would hear her disapproval. They forgot to put one of our orders in so wait time was extremely long. Then they actually dropped one of our pizzas onthe floor which made wait time even longer which made her yell at her employees more. Paid for extra pepperoni and pizza barely had any! Manager should be fired

9 times out of 10, they would always get our pizzas wrong. I gave them so many chances. Tonight was the last time I will ever go there. I orded the pizzas at 5:30 for a 7:30 pick up and I was standing in there from 7:41 to 8:10 and not one person acknoledged me. Not a hi, did you need something, nothing! They were too busy talking to their friends coming in and eachother. Several people looked at me before walking away. I finally asked them if they even had the pizzas and they said "Uh no, well have to make it again." Didnt even apologize. I just left. Never again.

This place is absolutely horrible ordered for delivery told me would be here by 906pm didnt get here until930 pm then opened door driver informed me that she dropped my wings on the ground and had to go back and get me fresh wings called the store person on phone was not polite at all. Pizza wasnt hot at all was damn near fridge cold. Got told fresh wings would be out to me in twenty mins at most upto thirty mins waiting now. Will never get my business again and will tell everyone I know to stay away until this place gets there stuff together.

This pizza hut gave my fiancee, my 2 granddaughters and i the squirts...WE WILL NEVER EAT FROM HERE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU READING THIS EITHER...Also when i arrived to get my pizza i was never greeted although several employees walked past me or at least saw i was standing at the register and i was only one there for at least 5 minutes before i was acknowledged...I HAVENT HAD PIZZA HUT IN A LONG TIME AND AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE I DONT THINK I WILL BE GOING BACK

Absolutely disappointed in the customer service. Called in an order around 10:30pm and was hung up on before I could even place an order. I called back and had to then deal with a horrible attitude over the phone. The Pizza Hut employee then ended the second call with "I hope your mom dies" This is not the first problem I have had when trying to order from here, but it certainly will be the last I deal with it.

Deserves zero stars! the order is never ready on time the wait time is terribly long and they arent even busy. the staff service is slow and careless. they dont use gloves when preparing the food. Dont waste your time Ive come here several times before because I love pizza hut pizza but this is literally my last time eating from this location. dont waste your time. management sucks!!!

Dont waste your money on the buffet. Paid for a buffet that was not stocked at all. We asked for a discount since there was nothing to choose from and the lady was rude and reluctant to give us a grand 20% discount. There was also a wasp flying around and someone asked to kill it and they said it was there all day yesterday and didnt hurt anyone. Wont be going back for sure.

Came from Maryland to the casino. It was only right to stop past pizza hut before we hit the highway, I must say sevice was extremely slow. When we got our bill we had to go to the counter to cash out, it was slow might I add. The last thing is NO ONE WORE GLOVES!!!! Food came fast but once I observed that I got pretty full quick

I cant believe there are so many bad reviews. Ive never had any complaints. Possibly because I always order using the Pizza Hut app. Even when the app gives me an ETA its awesome that theyve always made it on time and on one occasion they were a few minutes early. Give them a second chance. "Try using the app next time".

So it is Pizza Hut. Pizza, wings, etc. Personally the best deal is to come here for the evening buffet. Great prices for all you can eat and drink (Pepsi products folks). Some nights there is excellent ladies waiting tables and other times it is like a ghost town when it comes to getting reliable service.

Horrible! Not only did they deliver us the wrong pizza, THEY NEVER BROUGHT OUR RIGHT ONE, and also they REFUSED to refund my money!!! I am never ordering from there again. This isnt the first time we received the wrong pizza, but it is the first for us to go through this. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

This Pizza Hut used to be really good, now all these young kids work here and are so lazy. I order food online and when I got there they still didnt have it made, also they all just sit around and talk while the phone is ringing. I only saw one person actually "working". They are so rude, and so lazy..

I am appalled at the terrible customer service, I called and when I asked to place an order I was hung up on, then I called back and I said I was on the phone and the lady was very disrespectful and snotty and said about what. Never have I ever had customer service this bad. So disappointed.

Dont wast your money or your time!!! Ive been here atleast 6 times over the last year and every time the service is crap and the wait worse. I always end up waiting over an hour for a pizza when I was the only person in the dining room. If I could give this pizza hut 0 stars I would.

The cleanliness and service is much better here than a few years ago. This location is trying hard to bring customers back. I do want to try the taco pizza but they dont have it at this location.

The buffet was inadequate and the food was edible by definition only. Staff presentation was lacking, no gloves on food prep team, and restrooms were discussing. Not worth it.
