I have been to alot of restaurants and this one is the worst.I was seated for dine in and 15 minutes later I was waited on. Since i had so much time to think about my order when our waitress finally showed up we ordered drinks, appetizer, and pizza for dinner in one shot. Our waitress left never to be seen again and left us sitting for an additional 40 minutes with no drinks or food . That gave us plenty of time to swat the flies and duck from the sun coming in at the booth we were sat at. I always believe in second chances and this time around was worst than the first. Both visits they didnt even bother turning on the air conditioning even when it was scolding out. Definitely steer away from this place . Needless to say we left and went to another pizza hut in Wilmington which was better and they even had the air on.

Please in the future if someone pays for an extra icing send the dang icing. This is the third time I paid .65 for it and yet again I didnt get it!!! Yes maybe I should of learned the first two times but I figured why not give them the benifit of the doubt that they simply forgot. Food is always good and every driver we have gotten has been very friendly. We order from here at least twice a month but I might just go back to diominos Atleast they always send me my extra sauce if I pay for it. I would be giving five stars but Im pretty mad about paying for extra icing for my cinnamon sticks three times and never getting it. Its not even about the money I just wanted my extra icing lol. Ill attach the picture of my order if I can.

We ordered on a Friday night and we were given a delivery time of 45-50 min. We waited over an hour for our food to get here and when I called the store to speak with a manager I was given a hard way to go and when the manager finally got on the phone he was lees then helpful. If anything he was rude and full of excuses. To top it all off the food wasnt even worth the money we put out. It was poorly cooked and the crust taste like rubber. Needless to say we wont be ordering from this location any time soon.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I live down the street and it is the closest one but I have yet to have an order, whether delivery or pick up, that is something that I have enjoyed. I tried to give them another chance yesterday and ordered the gift box. There was absolutely no cheese and dried up sauce on my pizza and the cookie pizza was burnt. I will NEVER order from them again. This was the last straw.

Worst Pizza Hut period. Ive ordered from the countless times in hopes they would get better, but it has even attempted to wow me. The sauce is non existing, the dough is hard, the overall taste is decent if you can call it that....the only reason I order is because of the stuffed crust, but after yesterday Im just done all together with them, wish I didnt have to give them a star.

Ive been here several times and the food is hit or miss depending on the cook. I figured I would try to give them the benefit of the doubt. I live right down the street. I used to drive to the Pizza Hut on 273 in Newark for good pizza, but now that one is closed so Im stuck.

How many times do you have to wait 2 hrs for delivery. I understand in a friday night but thursday at 4 oclock. Then they talk to you like they dont have an issue with it being a 2 hr wait never again
