We ordered online at 6. We were told at 6:35 that our pizza was on the way. At 7:05, with no sign of pizza, a gentleman knocks on our door. Our food arrives, cold. He does not give us a receipt. I call the restaurant to request a refund and am told I need to wait for the driver to return. I grew up eating Pizza Hut. This is the company that taught me how to read through book it. My pregnant wife was craving a tasty trip down memory lane and instead we get indifference and incompetence. And no marinara sauce came with our breadsticks. We will not be shopping at the west Chester Pizza Hut again. .

I ordered my food at 10pm and around 12:30am the manager says that hes unable to contact the driver and doesnt know what to do. We cancel my order supposedly because of the incompetence yet they still charged my card. I called two days in a row the days after and got the same response that they were unable to refund the charge for the food I never received at the moment and to call back the next day. Still an ongoing unresolved problem. Needs better management
