Wont be going here again. I ordered a dinner box for delivery. The kid on the phone sounded very inexperienced and rushed, probably because they could have been busy. He tried to hang up on me before I could completely finish telling him my address. Im waiting for the pizza for about 40 minutes before the delivery driver calls me. He asks me to confirm my address and then tells me Im outside of their delivery zone but since I paid with a c/c hed give me an exception this one time. He said hed be there soon it would just take a few mins longer. 10 minutes later he calls to tell me hes pulled into my complex and how to get to my building. I gave him directions and told him I was standing outside. 15 minutes later I go back inside, starving and cold from waiting on him. He calls again completely lost and I had to walk out to the next parking lot to meet him. My pizza dinner box was ice cold. I live right across the street from Immaculata college, Ive had pizza hut deliver a couple times both to this address and when I lived on campus years ago. Now they dont deliver, neither does the Pizza Hut in Paoli. Shame on them, there missing out on a HUGE market place between the college and several of the areas huge apartment complexes including mine. Thats fine, I really like Pizza Hut especially because they offer stuff crust cheese and a better value, but I guess Ill be taking all my business to Dominoes since they deliver. Im a frequent customer that they will miss, also when I worked in hospitality I know for a fact they lost a TON of business from travelers and sports teams because of their limited delivery zones- we couldnt refer them because they wouldnt come out to deliver.

Tried taking advantage of the 50% off online ordering today (1/8/17). The online summary didnt give me the 50% in the payment summary. I called the store location & asked if they would give the discount when I came to pick up - I was told they wouldnt - had to call the Customer Service number online. I asked if she had the phone number - no she didnt. After 5 minutes of searching - found the number - Online Customer Service didnt open for 2 hours. Called the store back to ask again if she would just give me the the 50% discount when I arrived. She said she couldnt do that. I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager & she couldnt do anything for me. Pizza Hut online advertises 50% off, but she wouldnt honor that!! She said her boss wouldnt allow her. I asked if she was willing to lose the order of 6 pizzas today and all my future orders. She said yes and hung up on me!! Wow!!!! A manager who is given no power to provide customer service. I called the Pizza Hut in Coatesville - he said it was no problem - he would correct the error upon my pickup. Exton loses all future business of mine - Im going to Coatesville location now on!!

I have been ordering carry-out pizza online from this Pizza Hut for about a year now. My pizzas are always ready right on time and most of the employees are courteous and friendly. They never got my order wrong. I frequently get the $6 medium 3-topping pizza deal (which you can usually get with a coupon code) with pretzel crust, honey sriracha drizzle, and some combination of cherry peppers, onions, sausage, and/or meatballs. It is absolutely delicious and wonderfully flavorful. In my opinion, each pizza is a culinary masterpiece. Pizza hut pizza was always good, but their 2014 revamp elevated the pizza to amazing. I cannot enjoy regular pizza from the typical "local pizza places" that so many people inexplicably prefer because the pizzas taste so bland in comparison to Pizza Hut pizza and they usually cost nearly three times as much as pizza from Pizza Hut.

Seriously make sure to look at your pizza before you pay for it. They will routinely either go light on toppings or plain just forget a topping. Recently I ordered a pinapple pizza with ham. They didnt put the ham on the pizza, but they sure didnt forget to put ham on the receipt. On the same order, I had a pepperoni lovers pizza. I was lucky to have more than 2 pepperonis per slice (and thats being generous. Im not sure if this location just has lazy workers or they have been directed to go light on toppings, but I will take my business elsewhere. BTW, this isnt the first time either of these situations has happened.

We ordered 14 pizzas to arrive 4 P.M. Sunday Oct. 11. 14 pizzas arrived 40 MINUTES EARLY, before a single guest arrived. We asked the delivery man to leave pizzas in warming bags and we would return them to the store. "No, I cant do that." We called the store and were told the same thing. "Dont you have an oven!" Of course we have an oven, but no residential oven hold 14 PIZZAS! No one cared. No solution was offered. We were treated shabbily and we will never order from PIZZA HUT AGAIIN!

Great price...I explain how I want my pizza & they do it right....would get 5 stars if they delivered as far as my place but thats not an employee decision.....solid 4!!!.........its a week later & uhhhh ohhhhh....u f@@@ed up !!!.....Im the one person that cant stand garlic (smell or taste) requested NO garlic oil/spread on the crust.....too much to ask I guess...gonna be a while before I go back....was 4....now 2!!! I went back! LOL back to 4...please stay there!!

I disliked it for one reason! They had dilivered to my hotel room and the guy asked me for a tip so I turned him down! Thats never happens to me before! I thought that was rediclous then I started to feel bad, well I looked at my bank account the next day! & here to come find out he wrote on my recipe 5.00 without my permission! & I called and got it all strightened out thank goodness! But other then that it was pretty decent.

Took 2 hours for the pizza to arrive. When I made a comment to the delivery guy, he became belligerent telling me to call the manager. He doesnt care. No apology or anything. On a Sunday during football, you would expect them to have more than one driver or stop taking orders if you are understaffed! Dont ever order from Exton Pizza Hut. Their crappy pizza isnt worth the aggravation.

Never got my order. Waited about 2 hours and had to call and cancel it, after alerting management about 45 mins in. By the time 8:45pm rolled around I figured Id just forget it. They didnt seem to care either. Never ordered from them again. The absolute worst! Wish I could give less than 1 star.

I picked up my pizza and it was wrong. I get it delivered its wrong. Oh and they offer four sodas... Guess what they get it wrong each time. Save your time and money. Go to the 7 eleven for better pizza.

I spent 2o minutes ordering and then I am told it would be 3 hours and 10 minutes to get my pizza delivered? That is absurd.. Poor management and very poor customer experience.
