Would give it less stars if I could. I would love to tell you how their pizza tastes but they simply cannot get one to me. I stayed at the Comfort Inn. I could literally hit this place with a golf ball from the front door. The first time I ordered there was an hour and a half wait because they "have 1 driver and 6 orders". Im no scientist but a good business should not be crippled by a small amount of intended sales. Stop answering the phones and hop in a car ffs. The second time they answered the phone: "Thanks for choosing Pizza Hut, were temporarily closed" aka SWAMPED with all of a half a dozen orders again. HOW EVER COULD WE ALLEVIATE THIS MASS RUSH WE GET AT 2PM? Getting a pizza from this place must be like seeing a unicorn.

When me and my family walked in we were not greeted properly. Then they said they couldnt serve us because the inside closed at 8 but your online website says open until 10 everyday. So i waisted gas and woke my child up to come there for nothing. I donot think thats very good for pizza hut as a business .. This location is very unprofessional. Also i asked for corporates number and very rudely she said i couod find it myself online. I dont see this place prospering much longer with rude staff like that.

I wish I could give this store ZERO stars. Ordering online didnt work- it wouldnt let us add breadsticks unless we used a Mobile phone and not a computer. Then our order came and BOTH pizzas were wrong. I tried to call to let them know of their mistake and the phone range for 4 minutes before someone answered and immediately hung up on us. WORST PIZZA HUT EVER. I love Pizza Hut but will definitely not EVER order or go to this store again.

Awful. 1 hour wait for Delivery, Pizza arrived room temperature and slices not cut all the way through. Thin n crispy Pepperoni was honestly tasteless. The pan for others had olives on some slices when order specifically shows no olives. But hey, at least it was cut all the way through. Cinasticks, is that how you spell it? They were cold and underdone... An all-out disappointment... I recommend you stay away.

Worst pizza hut Ive ever been to! Completely unkempt and uncared for from the parking lot to the bathroom...trash in the parking lot, trash on the tables, trash littered on the bathroom floor; broken locks on the bathroom stall, broken legs on the tables in the restaurant. The staff seemed about as concerned with the appearance and quality of service as monkeys in the zoo!

I ordered online, my order was supposed to be ready by 6:21pm, although it was ready until 25 minutes later. I ordered Garlic Nots, I got Nots with cheese, no garlic! Very unorganized! They ran out of large Pizza boxes, so the pizza was cut into two pieces and put in two medium boxes. I will never go there again! I would give them -5 star rating!

We called them, and they said our address was out of their circle and told us the place to call, confused so when called the other place and they said to this, THE ONE WE ORIGINALLY CALLED, and so we called them back and kept us on hold for like 5 mins and our pizza was disgusting and took them forever to get here

like most of the other reviews, when I called the lady seemed like she was mad to be at work. I placed my order, said I was close, and she never processed it even though I was told 10 minutes. then, it took 25 minutes because they were "a lil backed up". but my pizza and pasta were good lol

Always good customer service. Food is fresh and hot. Location is better than previous. Cant say my order was perfect but i was more than compensated. I enjoy ordering onlinw for later pickup. Always in and out.

Waited over an hour & 10 minutes for an online delivery! Ive ordered delivery online with many other food places & it never takes this long, not to mention Im not even 10min down the road. Never again Pizza Hut!

Now that this location is under new management I have seen a complete difference!!! Management was very pleasant and extremely customer oriented. Service was fast and the quality of their Pizza was A+.

Table was dirty when seated, chairs were sticky, staffing slow, food under cooked. My experience was horrible. Customer service sucked and wasnt compensated a little bit for all the inconveniences.

They never have delivery drivers and its extremely annoying. Especially when they wait a good 30 minutes after youve placed your order, to then finally tell you they dont have drivers available.

My experience at this outlet is really bad. Ordered 4 pizza in two different orders but only one order was ready when I went for pickup. Had to wait for 15 mins more to receive a wrong pizza.

Classic example of why pizzahut is on its way downhill. Worst service ever. I would recommend ordering takeout only since you will be just abandoned at your table if you choose to eat in.

Poor service. Stood for 29 mins with no one saying a word to me. Walked out with nothing. Worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. If there was a zero star I would give it to them.

When I was a child this Pizza Hut was brand new and just finished being constructed and the pizza was excellent. Now...a sad shell of an era gone by. And thats just the food.

Took 10-15 minutes longer that it was supposed to and the pizza came out half cooked. Had to finish baking it my own oven. Overwise it would have been decent.

Food is great, just make sure you get the blue cheese and celery for your wings before you leave if its carryout. I like the notification board at the door.
