I ordered two separate things that they had to make fresh and made me park and wait for, and then they didnt make one of them and have me what they had said they had instead before I said I would wait. So basically I asked for original recipe 8 piece box, and they said they only has roasted chicken. I said Id wait for the original recipe plus their zinger meal. So I get back to muy hotel, and find out they just through the roasted chicken in there, and never made it! I ordered one Pepsi and they gave me two. And now theyre closed!

My experience was beyond poor..I got cussed out for asking for barbecue sauce...the employee from the drive through named Ashley literally said she was gonna come cross the table and beat my ass...on Mothers Day....I contacted corporate because the store manager would not answer her phone...typical...I got the whole thing recorded and if they dont respond or fire Ashley, its going on every social media that exists!!

They were having a difficult time. The truck hadnt come in yet so no silverware and I had ordered the bowl meal. Another lady had to eat her cole slaw with two straws as chopsticks! They did manage to get me a spork. The food was good. I just chalked it up that it was just not a good day for them. Working in fast food, or retail isnt easy!

This is the first time I have ordered food from KFC and I was not satisfied with my meal. First I ordered a two piece with white meat and I was charged for white meat. I received a leg and a breast and the breast was very dry. I have never had KFC and the chicken was dry. Needless to say I was not order from this KFC again.

The worst. Unfortunately its Sunday and chick Fil a is closed. Takes forever. KFC corporate has to know this place has people walking out of line and leaving. Visit any Chick Fil A and youll discover the huge difference.

You could go to the store to purchase the ingredients and cook the food faster than their service. Waited inline for 15 mins...inside was just as slow. They had to cook the food! All they sell is chicken...cook it all day!

Worst service ever. Management is the worst of all. Wont take care of the employees. Wont give a refund and cant get the order right and wont even communicate whats going on. Favorite management response was "I dont know"

Of all the KFCs ive visited this one happens to be the worst. Staff cant smile, no courtesy while responding to customers via drive thru, some of the fried chicken pieces appeared to have been cooked hours ago.

Asked for wedges and was told we had to wait 5min. 10 min later they came out and gave me a small that was cold and soggy. Kid at the drive up window was rude and not professional. Never going back again

I am a big KFC fan but this one is less fresh and good than other chains. The staff is also constantly stressed and it is frustrating. Needs better management but a good stop for your kfc cravings.

Food was good. Ladies bathroom flooding. Floors dirty in the eating area. Been here 50 minutes & no one has swept floors or wipe off tables. Soda fountain had spillage all over the counter.
