Horrible customer service. I ordered ahead, about 20 minutes prior to arriving, why did I get there and still have to wait for them to make it? Whats the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait? When I got there, no one was at the front. One employee was out smoking and the other, Im not sure but it was a good 5 almost 10 minutes of waiting before being helped. My husband praised this place based on our previous experiences with them but after today..no thanks!

Previously I had ordered from here and I had ordered a side of carrot sticks when I get home my carrot sticks are not there. Called in today to place and order let the guy on the phone know (forgot his name) to please make sure my carrot sticks where in the bag. He was super nice and made sure I had my carrots and even gave me a free side of carrot sticks (:

Its ok but i shouldve went to Americas Best Wings. The french fries were cold, soda machine messed up. They messed my order up but the wings were good. I probably wont go back

The staff are funny and kind. It does take a bit to get your food if you just do carry out so Id suggest calling about 10 minutes beforehand.

Food is franchise good but this one does NOT honor veterans with the discount. Cashier had I stinky character as well
