I ordered a rather large order online because I had a BOGO coupon. When I got to the restaurant I showed them the coupon and then woman at the register said I couldnt use it. She turned to the women behind her who I assume was the manager and she wouldnt even talk to me and just shook her head rudely. She repeated that I wouldnt be able to use it but gave no explanation why. I work and dont have time to come in and place my order then show them the coupon. So I just went next door to jimmy johns which was cheaper, better and faster. All in all I am not happy at all with my experience and dont plan on frequenting this chipotle ever again. I would think twice about going to this particular chipotle unless you like to be treated rudely and unfairly.

My husband and I really like Chipotle in general, and we want to support this one because its right near our house. We have gone several times and always been satisfied with the food and the service. This weekend we got the carnitas bowl. Very fresh ingredients, very tasty and filling, good value in what you pay and what you get. Service was friendly and efficient. The place was very clean. It hasnt been open that long, so Im sure theyre still working out kinks in their system. But we certainly havent experienced any issues thus far...

Horrible customer service; the cashier was holding a complete conversation with the security guard. Very pleasant but should have been more focused. The young lady making my food told me there was a 5-7 wait on more chicken and more black beans. I came for the black beans and there was a wait! I waited until my food was finished and asked again how long the wait would be and again 5 minutes. There was hardly any wait so the food should have been replenished and ready for serving in a timely manor.

Great experience at the local Chipotle. The staff try to go as fast as humanly possible (tends to get crowded during lunch and dinner hours), but never rude and always willing to go back if you have forgotten to add one of your fave toppings. I would have to say that this is my favorite Chipotle to go to not only because of the proximity to my home, but the staff and food make it worth going.

I dont like they fact that the steak is never done and thats with all Chipotles. If you get half chicken half steak, shouldnt be charged for the price of steak.. and one day a person may give you a half of spoon of meat other days theyll give you a whole spoon.. which one is it? And parking sucks at this location unless youre getting there when they first open.

Got the chicken bowl the chicken is not seasoned to taste(doesnt seem like they seasoned it) at all and they forgot my lettuce. Oh and one broad was rude to her co-worker snatching the spoon from her hand as she was serving me corn in my bowl. Rude ass girl with the red inflamed skin on your face. Dont be so rude to your co-worker.

This is one of the nicer Chipotles out there. The interior is simple yet modern and customer service here is up-to-par. Ive never had an issue with the food, though I only ever order chicken as my meat. If youre looking to try something else in the area, Id check out Spice 6 or Busboys and Poets, both on the same street.

I love Chipotle and know many of the local stores. This store has the typical long lines so I try to use the online order form. About half the time they forget part of my order and 3/4 of the time I have to wait an extra ten to fifteen minutes once I get to the store before I finally get my store.

I have gone many times to Chipotle with my wife, now that there is no need to drive all the way to Silver Spring or Cherry Hill. Definitely happy that this is less than a mile from my house. Service is always great, fast and we are always satisfied.

The service here is terrible. I like to order online and pick up the food on my way home. Either the order is wronf or its not ready when I get there. This has happened several times. They just dont seem to care.
