My fiance and I have been to this location 3 times now, each time progressively getting worse. This 3rd time was this last Sunday, 29th of January, we got there around 7:30p. The line was fairly long (which has its been that way every time weve gone) so we didnt think much of it, but the line was moving a bit slower than usual. Once we finally get up to start our order, we were basically paused so they could work on an online order, what the young man working didnt notice is the family ahead of us were all helped except for one of the sons. So he had to stand there and wait until the young man working finished. The young man seemed to take his time like there wasnt a long line. Then when we finally got to order our salsa, corn, sour cream, etc. And no one was there to help us for a good minute or so and then the young lady who finally helped us didnt seem to know how to do that job because when we asked if there was any more cheese instead of asking she just said no, and then shortly was corrected by other worker that was there. It seemed as though the staff didnt care too much about having quick and thorough service. It didnt look as though there was manager on duty and if there was, they didnt seem to be doing a very good job at managing their workers. Once we got home, both our rice (brown and white) were undercooked. Its really unfortunate that this store isnt better because its right down the street from where we live so we were very excited to have a closer chipotle, with all these past problems we are more than willing to drive into Columbia just to get better service and fully cooked food. I really hope the staff take these reviews seriously and get it together because they are losing a lot of business and they have been open for maybe a month or a little longer.

First I want to say that my family loves Chipotles food. Food quality has raised the bar in the fast food industry. But it seems that their priorities have shifted to online orders. It doesnt seem right that there are a restaurant full of people ready to do business face to face and you see 1 to 2 people fully dedicated to online orders and 1 person to serve 20+ people waiting in line. Before online a packed Chipotle with a line wrapped around the restaurant might take you about 15-20 minutes to get your food. Now it takes 30-35 minutes to get your food, sometimes longer. Lately, I have pulled into Chipotle expecting the really long wait times and just pull out my phone and place an online order in front of the restaurant. Then just walk in and pickup my food to shave off 10-15 minutes. Not cool for the folks waiting in line. So why not use online ordering all the time? Well, some Chipotle employees under portion the quantity of food. Im not expert in what are the right portions. You just get accustomed to what your food should look like. "Some restaurants under portion as a cost saving measure." (Straight from Chipotle employees. Not my opinion.) Who is going to come back to the restaurant to complain about too little rice, beans and meat? Not worth the trip. Bottom line. Have enough people to serve the foot traffic in your establishment to get them in and out in a more timely manner.

BRUH the service here is reprehensible to say the least. Although all the times Ive visited thus far the employees have been incompetent Im going to tell you guys how my visit today (4/21) went. I dont know if these douchebags were still reeling from their mj binge yesterday (4/20) But they were seriously tripping! I put in an online order for 7:15 pm, I get there at 7:20 (which gave them a whole extra 5 minutes) and my order was not ready. I had to wait for an extra 15 minutes, not receiving my order until 7:30. I ask the register girl if I can get compensation for the wait and she says with an attitude "no we are just busy". GIRL THATS THE WHOLE POINT OF ORDERING ONLINE, so I tell her thats not an excuse, let me talk to the manager or I can give corporate a call. They then proceed to nix the charge for my order. I get back to my car only to realize they gave me a freaking bowl instead of the burrito I ordered! I come back into the establishment and tell the register girl they gave me the wrong burrito variety, she has an attitude when she tells me to go sit down and wait. They give me my burrito, only after another 15 minute wait. The nerve of these imbeciles. Do yourself a favor and go to any other chipotle but this one, or pay a visit to the Qdoba right across the street because they arent assholes.

This place sucks. Even though they say they close at 10 PM, this place they run out of food before 8:30 PM especially their vegetables and guacamole. Every single time we went there in the night after 8 PM, they didnt have any food for us to eat since our family is vegetarians. If it happens one time even two times one can be understanding but if this happens consistently every time we go for dinner then either they have to change their closing time to 8 PM from 10 PM or make sure there is enough food for all the customers. Every time I tried to explain to the people who work there that not having any vegetarian food available will hurt their business they give me these blank stares as if I am speaking to them in some alien language. One time I even took some time to explain to their manager that if they dont have any vegetables to eat they will lose their vegetarian customers but there was not even a sorry from him. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS PLACE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. When they opened this restaurants I was so happy since it is so close to our house. We all enjoy Chipoltle food a lot but with my continuous disappointment with these guys I rather go to Chipotle off of Dobin road. Even if it is a longer drive I will have something to eat for sure.

OH! NO!! This is bad! This brand new store needs more attention than imaginable!!! 1. We open the front door (that is clearly broken and making this awful loud creaking noise) and try to open the bathroom door. We thought someone was in there, nope, its just stuck and takes a body builder to open. Go to the bathroom with a 5-year-old...who had to wipe with a hard brown paper towel because there was no toilet paper. Go to wash our hands, WATER DOESNT WORK!! ...okay, Im hungry. There was no cilantro in the rice or pico.. they mustve ran out?? My chicken bowl was so bland, disgusting. My daughter quesadilla was burnt and stuck to the foil...actual pieces of foil were stuck on the food. The worst part was there were no trash cans at the recepticles so everyone was throwing their trash in the trash an next to THE FORKS!! What in the hell? This is the absolute most disgusting place. The owner better get involved quick, Chipotle on Dobbin in Columbia is just a few miles away and MUCH BETTER! Unfortunately, I cant post the pictures I took of the gross mess... but just walk in, thats enough.
