The good is excellent but the service is horrible ever since they have this new manager who does not know what costumer service means, I had an issue with my bill and asked the the server that I wanted to see the manager and she refuse to come to talk to us all she said was that she could not make any corrections to the bill and that we had to pay what the bill said, they also included a 20% tip on my bill which got me upset and requested an explanation which they could not provide. check this out, I asked for a glass of water with lemon and no ice, the server brought me ice water and lime, then I asked for two shots of 1800 tequila silver silver and water brought me tequila gold, the tequila I asled for was 7 bucks a shot but they billed me at 9 bucks a shot and askrd them why nine dollar and she said well we did not have 1800 so we serve you patron which cost more and Im like how come you did not tell us and her answer was well its also tequila and I was like who is paying for the shots? Any way I can go on and on. Those servers have no business working.g in a place where costumers are served specially that idiot manager.

The first and last time I will step foot in this establishment. Lady was so rude to me. Did not offer any kind of customer service. Did not even offer me chips as I waited for my food. I was so disgusted by her attitude that I left before eating. Im happy that I didnt after reading the other comments. Save yourself time and eat someplace else!

Smells bad, tables dirty place is sketchy. Waitresses not friendly they do not welcome guests. Menus have prices changed with white out and a pen. Seems like they increased the prices. Prices are outrageous I could dine at a nice 4 star restaurant for the same price.

I usually only get the plantains by itself and it really good with the green paper. I recommend this place to anybody who like trying different cultures food. The presence and staff are really good.

Avoiding traffic and ran into this little Latin dive restaurant. Food was fresh and super yummy. Atmosphere was clean, and pina colada was amazing! Sweet servers too.
