Most people know Chipotle so Im mainly reviewing this Chipotle in particular. This place is great. The employees are very fast and the food is always fresh. That is because this Chipotle demands it. This is one of the most profitable Chipotles in the country as it is almost always packed, but the employees keep the line moving so even if it seems like a long wait, it wont take too long. Other than that its just a standard Chipotle. Good burritos for a reasonable price. Theyre not the best burritos in the world, but for the convenience and price theyre good quality.

This Chipotle is just as good as the rest, except its in a great environment right next to the college. Every time I go there the line is basically to the door so prepare for a longer wait. One time I was about five people behind the front of the line and the girl shouted "excuses me sir!!" To get my attention to start making my food. I get the line was busy, but I didnt want to shout my order haha. Other than that its been good to me.

Worst store ever!! Everyone who works there smells like dirt i ordered online and went in for pick up everyone had attitudes and looked unprofessional and to top it off when I got my bowl that I ordered there was only 4 pieces of steak in it... I have been there multiple times. This location is much much worse than the one on Greenbelt. Their rice is never right. Either too much water so its in lumps or not fully cooked and hard inside. They are really stingy about giving you everything else too. If you have the time, please go to the other location, it tastes much better than this one here.

I am a big fan of Chipotle and have been to them all across the east coast. However this particular Chipotle isnt my favorite. The lines can get very long (its right next to UMD) and the employees are almost always grumpy. They always put smaller portions and make messy bowls. The tabasco and hot sauces are also missing a lot of the times...

I was @ Chipotle today I ordered chicken bow& while I was eating I found a hair! inside off my food I spoke to the manager & he said he has to see my recite to refund my money the girl was telling him she just paid just now with he doesnt belive us so I have look my recite finally I found it Ill never go there again!

They try to work fast, but messed up my bowl completely with someone elses bowl in the process. I didnt wait in line for 30 minutes for them to screw up my order. I get that they are busy and need to work fast, but i expect my food to be worth it after waiting that long in the line. The service needs to be better.

Hit or miss location. Place is really dirty, stations a mess, food under cooked or they stiff you on portion size. Wait is always pretty quick even with a super long line. Chorizo and other speciality meats may not be in stock at times. Best to get to the front and ask ahead to see if theyll have what you want

Now theyre number two due to increased competition from restaurants like California Tortilla; however, they still manage to do business at an exceptional pace despite the long lines. Suffice to say, I havent had any bad experiences at a Chipotle. Just hoping that they keep up the good work.

As Chipotles go, this one leaves a bit to be desired. Ive been to this one a few times, mostly not during the dinner rush. Ive seen them mess up orders or ignore directions unless you practically yell at them, and thats when the restaurant isnt that crowded and the line isnt that long.

Rumor has it that this is the highest grossing Chipotle location. Line is always long but moves quickly so dont be discourages. The staff works well together and extremely fast so know what you want before you get up to the front. Limited seating so consider take out

I love the crap out of Chipotle, but they have pretty bad service at this location. Ive never not had a bad experience. I understand that its loud, but if they cant hear you, they just assume what you want on it and they prefer quantity over quality for sure.

They prepare food exactly the way you want it, even if it takes several tries. (One of my friends says it took two once for a very specific burrito, but in my experience, I have only seen them need to make one for the customer to be happy.)

Very popular with umd students. One of the better chipotles in the area. Lines can get long during busy times (fall and spring semesters), but staff working here are well trained. Cant really go wrong with this location.
