Approaching the Harbor House you find yourself in the middle of a boat yard. Just keep going another 100 ft or so. Now open 7days a week, the menu still changes daily. Friday is all you can eat oysters and they are big and plump, fixed six different ways. Reservations sugggested but, call after 3 pm as they dont open til five. In fact you might want to call in just to find out what is on the menu for a certain day. For a daily changing menu it is a pretty big one. Everything is as fresh and local as possible. Home made breads of several choices. Beer, wine and cocktails available. The service is almost over attentive and the Chef will chat with you a bit just to make sure everything is just so. Prices are fair for the quality and quantity. An excelent choice for a place to have a quiet dinner that you will fondly remember.

Although the owners are personable and the facility is updated, the food is far less appealing than under the previous owner. Food was reminiscent of a medium good sub shop or a not great FFDF restaurant. Love to have really good food like before, but would not go back for what we got despite the lovely view.

Great food - crabby grouper, prime rib, French dip, filet mignon, wedge salad, cream of crab soup and crab dip! A group of us visited this weekend and we ate well! Great service and a fun time!

A group of us went here via boat. It was easy to find a slip and the food/drinks were great. Its best to get reservations setup because it gets filled up quickly. Totally worth the experience.

Cozy atmosphere and the best crabcakes in the state. Our entire party of 8, raved about their food. So you haters below degrading the food must have an agenda, because our meals were great.

Wonderful food and extremely nice service - our kids loved it when the owner took out one truly terrifyingly huge lobster out of the tank and let them touch it.

The new owner has done a very nice job with the decor. We found it inviting with good music that allowed for conversation, a nice view and a very good meal.

We were here a few years ago under the old management. It was wonderful. Today the food was mediocre and the service sucked. We wont be back!
