Coming from Long Island, it was difficult to find a pizza place around here that was comprable to "NY Pizza". Palermos meets and exceeds this. Id be lying if I said it was my favorite slice, but it is pretty damn close. Not to mention I am of sicilian decent (palermo too!) so the name drew me in! GREAT SAUCE and the family owned shows. They even have a garden of fresh veggies and such! The service is excellent. There is one guy in particular who always has the biggest smile and is a perfect example of customer service at its finest! Keep up the great work!

As I entered the restaraunt I was immediately stressed out. Behind the counter where they make the food was so unorganized and one employee was constantly shouting at other employees. Very unprofessional. I had first called in for a take out order but no one answered the phone so I walked in over lunch and ordered a take out order. I waited for 30 minutes for one medium cheese pizza and a stromboli. Im not sure if I would ever go back. The food was good though but not the best Ive had.

They ALWAYS ALWAYS rip you off at the register. The lady who cashes you out makes up her own prices when she charges you. They are always HIGHER than whats on the menu. For example, got an Italian hoagie. Cost on the menu $6.75. Cost at check out: $7.75. No extras... she just made it up. Oh! And if you ever order garlic knots, they are $1.75 on the menu. They will literally TELL YOU that the menu is WRONG. They are $2.50. So change the menu then guys! ... really ignorant.

We used to have a second store in New Holland and had Palermos for lunch very often as well as their pizza and a Calzone every Sunday. We closed our store but we still occasionally drive the 25 miles (each way) from where we live in Conestoga to get Palermos pizza. Our whole family agrees that the food here is absolutely the best we have ever eaten. And they are not stingy with the toppings. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option.

Every time I visit, they are bustling! They family is wonderful. No matter how busy, they assist the disabled by taking their food to their car, they always have a smile and are very kind. I was short cash one time by a few dollars, papa said dont worry about it; however I came back and repaid it plus interest. The food OUTSTANDING. The garlic knots to die for. Please do yourself a favor...GO!!!!!

A very nice family business. Sometimes the workers get a little confused, but its always a great good experience. Ive had their pizza, stromboli, calzone, and cheese steaks. All the good is fantastic. Update: the service is much improved in recent months. Most servers are experienced and know there menu very well. There are only 4 beers on tap; I would like to see that number triple. Still, 5 starts!

My daughters soccer team, plus parents, came for lunch, while we were in the area for a soccer tournament. It was great! We called and gave short notice prior to our arrival. By the time we got there they had set up seating for all 30 of us. The service was friendly, organized, and courteous. The food was delicious and portions were generous! The prices were very reasonable. Everyone pleased!

The girl checking me out was too busy arguing with someone on the phone about a ride to work to help me. I stood there for over a minute before she gestured towards me to give her the check. I used my card to pay and she got mad at me because I took my card out after the approved receipt printed. Food was good but this girl does not need to be a customer facing employee.

Good food, good service. Been going here since it was called Ninos almost 20 years ago. Even though I moved away, I still come back for the best garlic knots and pizza I can find in Lancaster county. The owners still remember me and my family, and are really dedicated to their restaurant. Love this place!

Great service from our usual server who knows our order before we even place it, deepening on who is with us, and always checks with us first. Pizza tasted as if each component was made fresh just for us. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, perfect for camaraderie, fellowship, and good times.

GREAT WAITRESS and Pizza was delicious. We ordered the works (supreme) pizza and ravioli which came with salad and their bread from scratch. Ravioli was a bit off BUT the bread made up for it, excellent. Husband is very picky about his pizza but he gave it a hardly tummy rub.

Literally the best hoagies I have ever tasted. My coworker convinced me to try this place and I was instantly addicted. The bread is homemade and soft but not too soft. I guarantee you you will not be disappointed. Everything was so fresh! This is a place you NEED to try!

Terrible service. I had a 20 minutes wait time for my take out order but I was there for over an hour waiting for my food. After 45 minutes I asked for a refund and was denied. Also, they charge more at the register than menu prices so keep track of what youre ordering.

I came here and had a cheese steak for lunch. It was great! I liked it so much that I also ordered some spaghetti with sausage and ricotta cheese to take home for dinner. Sorry, no pics of the cheese steak. It was gone way too fast!

I was a first timer there and it was great! Their pasta and cal zones are excellent, they also have perfect veal. You get twice the food and for half the price. A must eat!!! Not very pricey and with great service time.

I work a few blocks away and am a frequenter of Palermos. The service is always fabulous and the food is THE BEST...I highly recommend a sub...any sub! Their home-made bread is entirely fabulous!

Cant beat the fresh made food here although there is offten a wait time due to popularity. There do have beer and wine coolers available if you are of age over all great family restaurant.
