The worst experience Ive had at a fast food...this was my first time and wIll be my last...the cashier I will never forget her...her name was CINNAMON....SHE WAS INDEED THE RUDEST CASHIER IVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE...THE MANAGER HEARD HER BEING RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL N DID NI THING BUT GIVE ME HER NAME AND SAID REPORT HER...WOW WHAT A TEAM....ILL NEVER GO BACK AND MY KIDS LOVE THIS PLACE ILL DRIVE TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN BEFORE ILL GO BACK HERE

We ordered 20 wings which they had to cook while we waited & the cashier was very polite & friendly & offered us a free refreshment or snack while we waited. Shortly after, she brought the wings out to us in the parking lot when they were ready. I thought that was excellent customer service & would consider driving the extra time to visit this Checkers rather than one closer to my home.

They ripped me off! The cashier took my $50 and claimed I didnt pay them. I called the police, but they wouldnt do anything. So, I called corporate to have the manager and cashier fired. DO NOT go here! The workers tend to scratch their hair and I saw the manager scratch his privates once. Disgusting! I hope the health department shuts them down!

Very slow service, then to top it off they charge you extra for lettuce and tomatoes.$6 for 2 burgers that were tasteless and small. And to top it off no receipt, asked the cashier for one and gives an order ticket rather than a detailed receipt like at all other fast food places. Will most definitely never come back to this location.

Food has good taste. But its really greasy. So greasy that sometimes you taste the grease than the food. We know its a fast food place but it shouldnt be that greasy. Has only 3 tables outside. There is wait time. Its faster through drive tru than walk in. Staff sometimes are like they are tired. Not rude but apathetic.

EVERYTHING was perfect. Food, service, time nothing wrong until I drink my drink, there is hair in it. Being that Im natural with curly hair thats brown the long straight black hair was clearly not mine. Very disgusted.
