Very disappointed in this meal. I went on a Saturday afternoon with my husband, enticed by the bacon apple brie burger they had in a special. The place was loud and chaotic when we walked in but still we were willing to give them a try. When my husband ordered the cashier kept interrupting him to ask questions so much that he lost his train of thought and forgot to order the apple pie milkshake he wanted to try. The wait for the food was only about 10 minutes and it was hot when it came out, which is about the best I can say for it. Both of our medium patties were beyond well done, mine was even a little burnt and utterly tasteless. For a burger that boasts bold flavors such as brie, apple, balsamic, and bacon I was surprised to be searching for any flavor in the burger at all. I got the sweet potato fries which are reportedly "to die for" but they were unsalted and about 3/4 of them were not fully cooked, kind of crispy on the outside and that weird chewiness of undercooked root vegetables on the inside. My husband had the regular fries which were passable, but also unsalted. We both finished what we could just to justify the $28 price tag and left. We were very unsatisfied and will definitely just go to Five Guys next time. Im baffled as to why this place has such great reviews.

Personally, these are the best burgers in town. I prefer the Cuban. In addition to a monthly burger and shake, the regular menus will make your mouth water. There is even a meatless burger for those who dont eat meat. My favorite part of the menus us the Coke machine fountain. They have one of those where you can choose your flavors. Love that. They also have Gold Peak Iced Tea for those non-soda drinkers. The interior, even the restroom, is decorated with rock and roll memorabilia. Most people f which come from the personal collection of the creator of the NVR Burger Joint image. Great music plays overhead and there are multiple TV monitors on the walls. This is a family friendly place. On nice weather days you can take a seat outside on the sidewalk and enjoy your made to order burger and fries.

Decided to give this place a try due to word of mouth recomendations. The setting of the place is unique and different. I decided to order just a plain cheese burger. The burger was great a little charred but was still good. The fries had a slight weird after taste not sure if it was the oil fried in or the potatoes used. I asked someone else who was with me and they said the same thing. So it wasnt just me. The customer service was beyond incredible. Such nice people willing to take my order and make my experience a good one. I tried the apple pie shake, it was something different and something I had never had before. The shake was great as well. Very pricey establishment is my only problem. Other than that definitely will eat here more.

Very decent burgers (but the specialty toppings can be heavy). Some tasty looking sides, but fries were very heavy on the salt. Not the cheapest burger around but good quality, cooked to order. We tried 2 of their specialties, the Wellington (a little too heavily topped with the mushroom sauce), and the southwestern. I liked the Southwestern a lot. Also had garlic fries, which were pleasingly heavy on the garlic (minced garlic abundantly apparent) but with far too much salt in the mix. Nice interior space/colors, cool designs on the tables. An all-in-one soda fountain kiosk with a touch screen. Worth a repeat, tho Ill just dress a plain burger next time, and skip the fries maybe in favor of a shake.

Ordered five items for delivery 3 out of the five were wrong. The hot dog (was cold) came with nothing on it, not the ketchup, onions, mustard, relish it says on the menu. The grilled asparagus with cheese came as french fries. The Wellington Burger, which says "well" on the order was nearly raw in the middle. When I called them the first time to let them know it was wrong I was on the phone 1:08 (I only know because my cell phone tracks the length of calls) listening to them chat among themselves before they hung up. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. After I told him what was wrong with the order he asked me to repeat what I had said because "I was doing something else".

Ive never heard of BGR before. Glad I found it. Phenomenal food and service. I went here about two weeks ago because Mission BBQ was crowded. It looked like an ordinary hole-in-the-wall Burger joint from the outside, but smelled amazing and the inside looked really clean and inviting. BGRs food is unique, specifically how the burger is grilled. It was cooked on an open flame and really tasty. The buns are toasty to perfection. There were a few people there, but I hardly had to wait. Im going back today!

Horrible take out. We have been there a total of two times, both times our to-go order was incomplete. Manager was totally unsympathetic and unwilling to refund over the phone. I would recommend you make them take everything out of the bag and inspect it before you walk out. We love the other BGR locations, unfortunately this one is comprised of idiots who cant get an order correct. Quite unfortunate.

So I walked in at 8:50 pm to place a to go order and was told that unless I want my burger rare they couldnt take my order because they were closing exactly at 9:00pm. There were five people working and others patrons waiting. Someone litter let place an order before me. Not very happy. Most business will provide service if you arrive prior to closing time. Disappointed!

I love BGR!! I Always get the box (M-F $9) you get a burger, fries, and a drink its the best value! They cook your food to order so its always hot and fresh. Just delicious!! And their shakes are really good too. And for those who dont eat beef they have veggie and Turkey burgers! Definitely recommend this place! Also the restaurant is clean and crew is friendly!

So I dont understand how they always forget BACON!! I dont know if I can get burgers here anymore.... The last two times i checked my burgers, and had them fix them, but this time in a rush I didnt think about it. Two burgers made exactly the same and forgot BACON on both... I just dont understand, do they not know the word bacon??

My fiance and I went here for dinner tonight, and we loved the burgers, and the fries would have been good, but we asked for garlic on our fries, and the amount of garlic was excessive (I scraped off about 4 tbsp of minced garlic before eating them). If youre ordering fries, I recommend just getting them plain.

Terrible service wrong toppings on the food, when I went to correct it the employees were completely rude. My fries werent even cooked and the employees said thats how we serve them. He argued with me and refused to accommodate. I cant believe people behave this way.

Saying they got my order wrong would be an understatement. I asked for a regular burger with the standard LTMO toppings. What I received with a veggie burger covered in mayonnaise and barbecue sauce. At least the manager is very nice, and not resistant to refunds.
